"Same story as the rest! Used the coupon code and they cancelled the order without any notice. They said that it was policy to process orderst that way. Please, please, please, never shop at their site. Terrible customer service."

"AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY - NEVER SHOP HERE, EVEN IF IT IS FOR a free item because they will get your information and you will expect the product and get your hopes up. I expected 3 xmas gifts BEFORE the 25th and kept checking my Order Status online - In process is kept saying. Of course this fantastic company did not have package tracking. I sent an email and get a pathetic generic repsonse about waiting 10 business days which meant my packages still should have been here before xmas. NOPE! Xmas was ruined. I called them after xmas and sure enough, ALL MY ORDERS HAD BEEN CANCELLED and I was told I should have called in. THEY NEVER SENT AN EMAIL OR CALLED OR CHANGED THE STATUS ONLINE. Cust Serv DID NOTHING despite my persistence. This is unacceptable. Awful company. NEVER SHOP HERE! I cant believe I let them do this. "

"Yet another person screwed by this company. Used a coupon code - the order went through & I got a confirmation email. Waited & waited for it to ship - come to find out it was canceled and they NEVER notified me themselves!! I only found out because I went to the site & it said "No Order Found."

Wow - if the coupon wasn't suppose to work it shouldn't have went through. That's YOUR bad - and you should honor all of these orders!

"Pretty much the same story as everyone else here - ordered a small item on 12/11/10, got a confirmation email and forgot about until today (12/25/10). Logged back in to their website to see my order was cancelled by them. No email sent to inform me of the cancellation. No explanation. I'm a little worried about having entered my CC info now, but they haven't charged my card so far. "

"Unbelievable! Terrible! Canceled my order with no notice, it is now Christmas Eve and I am out two presents. I will never shop here. Also what kinda customer service phone line asks for your social security number to help find your order for a clothing store."

"Gimmicks and cheap tricks just to get you to register and then spam your mailbox with offers (that seem too good to be true--like my order was). I placed 4 separate orders. All got canceled, no reasons stated and i was not even informed. I actually had to chat with CS to find out the order status! Don't waste your time and energy on these guys. All they do is offer teaser deals, get you to sign up, and then cancel the order! Hard to believe that businesses like these actually survive with service and marketing like this!! "

"Absolutely the worst experience with an "e-tailer" I have ever had, and I buy online almost exclusively. Placed an order for a gift item using a coupon codeI had received. Used the code, correct amount was identified, order was placed, confirmation was sent, order was canceled. I called customer service and was told that that coupon code was from another merchant that they were no longer affiliated with, blah, blah, blah. Of all the years of online purchasing, I have NEVER had a coupon code go through a system, receive a confirmation e-mail, and THEN have an order canceled because the code is no longer valid. Very inappropriate. Almost suggestive of e-mail hunting, and credit card scamming (I used Paypal, luckily) This was a Xmas gift ruined. Take my advice, STAY AWAY !!! Just look at the reviews here ... they get one stars because you can't give them zero stars !!!"

"I placed 5 orders on site. I got the mail confirmation from them that these are being shipped. In the order status, they mantioned it is shipped. But didn't receive it for many days. Talked to customer service rep, she said that order was cancelled as the coupon code that you used was not valid.

1) If coupon code was not valid, they why was it accepted

2) If Order was cancelled, atleast send a mail that order is cancelled because of whatever abc reason

"I do not recommend shopping at Roaman's or Onestopplus for the following reason:

I placed an order for 2 pair of leggings from Roaman's on Onestopplus(buy one get one free). One of the leggings sent was the wrong size and color..not what I ordered. I phoned customer service and they wanted to charge me again the full price to resend the correct size. They said I would be credited the full price I paid once they received the wrong sized leggings back.

I told them NOT to charge me again for the leggings.

After they received my return of the wrong sized leggings, I get an email stating they received my return and will credit $0.00 to my credit card. This is not what the CS representative originally told me. She told me I would be credited the full price amount. Why would I have bothered to send the item back if I wasn't going to get a refund?

The second time I phoned customer service ,they said it was a computer glitch and I should be getting my full credit any day. This was untrue. A few more days went by and still no credit for my return.

Finally, I called CS again and they said $0.00 credit for my return was correct because I returned the "free" pair, although the order status showed I returned the full price pair. Ironic that when I wanted them to send the correct size I had ordered, they wanted to charge me twice for the "full price" pair.

Finally, I actually had to call and insist they send me, with no charge, the original pair I ordered in the correct size and color. They finally sent the correct size, but because of all the phone calls, deception, and hassle, I will not be ordering from this company again, as I do not trust them.

In all fairness to Onestopplus and Roaman's, the styles, prices , and clothes offered are very nice..only if they send you the right item ordered.

I have read other reviews from customers that have had similar problems with this company. It seems they frequently send the wrong item size or color, and then charge credit cards again for the replacement item and "forget" to refund when they receive the returned item.

I must also say that the size chart is completely inaccurate. The small items I ordered were MUCH bigger than advertised. I am tall and slim and assumed the small 12W would fit me, as I am about the size of the models shown. WRONG..there is no way the models are wearing the size small without alterations done. There are plenty of beautiful plus sized models out there, why not accurately portray the clothing size?

My advice..do not order from Roaman's or Onestopplus

"I ordered about a dozen pair of panties. Most of them ended up being on backorder, but that's OK. However, the method of shipping and billing is absolutely unacceptable. Each pair of panties was shipped a billed separately. Today, I received seven of the pairs, each in a separate package, each with a separate packing slip, each with a catalog in the bag! I now have seven of the same catalog, all destined for the recycling facility. There was one email saying they had shipped. Why couldn't they have been shipped together? This is an extreme waste of time and resources. It is completely inefficient. Additionally, I have seven separate charges on my credit card. It's ridiculous!"
