"I ordered two items for my wedding, a shawl and a hat. The company website show they were shipped on 4/18. The shawl arrived on 5/7 but the hat has never arrived. I have called customer service twice, got the run around both times, they can't track the package as DHL turned it over to the US Postal Service. I went to the post office and they looked at me like I was crazy, DHL can't tell me the USPS tracking number for me to verify with the Post Office that my hat is indeed with them. When I called the Customer Service # the second time they said the package has to be missing for 21 days since the time the Post Office received it before they can give me a refund?!?!?! It has been 29 days since I ordered, according to DHL, they turned the package over to the local Post Office for delivery on the 25th....and i still need to wait 2 more weeks? This is ridiculous! I will not get the hat in time for the wedding> I will NEVER buy from One Stop Plus or ANY of the companies they do business with again. "

"I must be one of the lucky customers who has never had a problem with OSP or Woman Within. I shop there for my daughter and myself, and I've been very pleased with both the prices and the quality of the merchandise. Occasionally, they cancel something that has been backordered, but I understand that they sell quite a few items that are popular.

I use a shopping portal, such as Big Crumbs to get money back on my purchases and I always use a coupon. I save a lot of money, and people compliment me on my stylish clothing. I can't beat their prices!

Even with the lowest shipping cost, my orders get here in a couple of days.

"I ordered a bridesmaid dress and they sent the wrong sizes. When I asked to have them send the sizes that I actually ordered, I was told it could not be sent overnight. I was not able to be in my friend's wedding due to the customer service of OneStopPlus.com. This website shopping experience ruined my friend's wedding and was the worst shopping experience ever."

"I did get my order in a timely manner, and the prices were fair. The only thing I dislike about it is that you have to make sure you pay attention to which retailer the items come from--some are exempt from discount coupons and all of them have different fits. I am going to have to send some items back. If I have any trouble with that, I will update my review."

"Terrible communication. I tried complaining about a picture on their website and they never fixed the problem. There was only one lady that emailed me back and all she said was "sorry you are having a bad experience with us" and did NOTHING to resolve the issue. Also I ordered from them using a coupon, They cancelled my order saying the coupon was not valid.. even though their website accepted it. And never returned my money. "

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered from them early last month, they cancelled my order and did not tell me until I inqured about it. They also have not sent me my money back yet, It's been almost a full month. I have been emailing them since last month and they never address the issue. Take my advice, do not shop here!"

"Ordered a snuggie like many others on 12/11. Got my hopes up about it, and now have to break it to my wife that its not coming. I called in today 1/5/2011, and was informed that the coupon code was an error. Coupon code being an error makes no sense, how do you purposely create something in error? I understand a price mistake in error but not a promo code.

CS informed me the code was an error and all orders made with it were cancelled. I responded by telling them it's rather unprofessional the way they are conducting business and the least they could have done is notify me. CS said they notified me by mail mid December. The mail I got was actually some spam with a small note saying it was cancelled.

I just checked my AMEX billing statement and found they never charged me for the purchase. I think they never intended to charge just steal my email and home address so they can spam me or sell my info.

"Do not buy anything at this website if you are expecting your order or package to arrive. They do not respond to your emails and they will not follow up on an order that you have placed. Horrible customer service!!! What a waste of time to actually place an order!"

"This company is a rip off. Ordered on 12/12. Did not receive it, I checked the site and the order said under status "please call in". When I did they gave me a number to Chadwicks. Chadwick knew nothing and had me on hold for over 15 minutes. Now I am getting junk credit card offers in the mail now. Someone needs to give there site a serious computer virus and bring it down. "

"Same story different day.
Order placed on 12/12/2010 was cancelled without notification. Even website does not show order as cancelled.
Was forced to make multiple calls to multiple phone numbers to get caught up in some alleged dispute between Chadwicks (forgive spelling) and OneStopPlus.com. No resolution was reached only a half-hearted apology for the confusion. My concern is now that my credit card number is with a questionable online company.

Not sure if increase in spam/junk email ads is related to this company or not. But it is of note I have seen a small increase in this type of email since ordering.

If this company is legit, they would have handled the issue better. I'm sure they will change their name and start over after the many complaints. At a minimum they are poorly run. At the worst, well, lets hope those fears don't come true...

Obviously I would say stay away if you want to receive any goods ordered from them. Otherwise, good luck.

"Order an item on 12/10 for Christmas, item was never shipped. Found out today by calling, they canceled the order without any notice to me saying anything. Was left without a Christmas present to a friend. Terrible Company. Beware. Do not do business with them. They also have yet to refund my credit card for the price of the item. Will have to dispute charge."
