"The cost of shipping and handling seems a bit high. My entire order totaled (with shipping and tax for three items) $35.35. The total for the items was $26.01. After returning everything, I received a credit of $19.54. A bit expensive unless you are absolutely certain you will be keeping all the items."

"4/30/12 I take it all back...as of last week, not only did they call to let me know my dress was coming THAT DAY, but they wanted to make sure I got a perfect dress for my son's wedding so they sent me out another of the same dress. I received it the next day. So now I have two dresses to pick from. Well, needless to say, I was shocked. I have the dress, and it is very beautiful...I only hope I will look good enough in it to warrant all the trouble I have put them through. I will DEFINITELY order from them again after all they have done to make it right. I am shocked and delighted. I never dreamed this would happen! I talked with an online chat person as you will see below with little satisfaction, and apparently someone higher up in the company read the chat after it was over and realized how important that dress was to me. God is good, and OneStopPlus.com has made me a surprised but happy customer for life!!! OLD REVIEW(I ordered this dress for my son's wedding in May. I have shown the picture to all my friends and was waiting anxiously for it's arrival, only to receive a little postcard stating that the date for delivery has been changed until 5/20/12. My son gets married on May 27th. Now I am waiting and hoping it arrives, but got absolutely nowhere with the online chat. They could offer me no info at all. I made a copy of it and will post to my facebook tonight so I can warn all my friends that this thing may happen if they order. So disappointed that I can get no info at all about whether or not the warehouse even HAS what I ordered, or it they will actually be sending it. They have assured me that they won't charge my credit card until it ships. Hoping that is the case, but will go home and check it out tonight. What a disappointment. I loved the dress...)"

"I ordered approx $180 of clothing from OneStopPlus. I'm in Canada and they charged me over $60 for duties and taxes. This is unheard of for me. I order things all the time from all over the world and almost never get charged duties. And when I do it's usually just the taxes (12%) for Canada.

Everything I ordered I double checked their size charts which recommended I was a 1x. I normally am a 2x. Everything was way too large when it arrived. I would have to order their size Medium to compensate. So I had to send everything back.

I sent it all back with a tracking number. The tracking indicates that the pkg was received but I have not heard anything from them. I contacted them via email & received an automated response saying it can take up to 3 weeks to process my return. I'm waiting it out.

Duties are not refunded by them. They recommend contacting Canada Customs for the refund.I haven't tried yet so not sure if it is even possible.

Dumb me - decides to order from them again. Plus size clothing options are very limited where I am. I ordered 3 tops this time taking into consideration the sizing issue I had previously. The day I made the purchase I received an email saying that the order had shipped & provided a tracking number. However, when checking the number so far the only thing recorded is that the electronic shipping details were received. No package. It's been a week. So I've paid, received a shipping notice and a week later nothing has been shipped. I have emailed them about this but have not heard anything back.

I seriously would not recommend ordering from this company, especially if you are in Canada. It's really not worth all the extra expense and hassel.

"I placed an order for a swimsuit on 02/19/12 knowing the item was backordered until 03/05/12. As that day came and went the status still showed "backordered" with no new ship date available but since I placed the order way ahead of when I needed it, this was acceptable. As time went by I called and was told it should be shipped "any day" now and that was still okay. Well, now it is showing 07/20/12??? Are you kidding me??? 5 months to get a swimsuit??? Seriously??? This WAS a gift for a vacation that I specifically ordered in plenty of time BEFORE the vacation only to find it's not even going to ship until AFTER the vacation is over. I have been a LOYAL customer for YEARS but NO MORE. I will no longer shop at your site or Woman Within or Roamans or Jessica of London or any of your other stores. Why? Because this has happened too many times before. Either you backorder an item indefinitely or your cancel the item all together. And, I know why. It ONLY happens why I use a 50% off coupon. IF I paid full price, I'd have my order by now. I'm willing to bet that all the people who placed the same order at the same time but did NOT use a coupon they got their orders months ago. But, I used a coupon so I'm penalized!"

"I tired ordering a dress from them and at first I tired to pay through PayPal and it said my Oder can't be processed so then I tired my MasterCard and agian told me it could not be processed. Next I called customer service where they were rude and put me on hold, then Hung up on me. I thought his was fishy so I called MasterCard, and they charged my card 3 times and once to my PayPal!!! I cancelled my credit card and hoping I get my money back. I called onestopplus customer
Service agian, where a man told me I placed no orders, so I told him you charged me 4 times!!! He then said hold on I will transfer you to customer service and then hung up on me. Don't use this site!!! I forgot to mention I'm from Canada.

"Wow!! I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my two orders.
I am a new customer and have become concerned because of the lack
of communication. I have tried to use the "live chat" numerous times but it is always unavailable.
Emails are not answered. Told I would get 20% off my order - joke - surposed to happen at checkout and didn't. No one will communicate with me. This concerns me .Maybe my order will come ok - who knows. Have paid through Paypal so have that security but would be nice if they would answer communications.
Will post another comment IF and WHEN my order arrives. I am in Australia.

18 Jan 2012 - further to the above I have to-day received my 2 orders and am thrilled with them. My only complaint is that I paid extra for fast delivery (5-7 days International offered) and it still took 13 days to arrive.
Maybe they read my first report as they started communicating via email afterwards.

"Unless you like being talked down to, don't order from here!!
I really really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. Not only is their shipping frustrating at best but their customer service is horrid! They sent me a an email with a UPS tracking number but never told me that UPS was going to hand my package to the USPS for delivery. So, when I thought I was going to get my stuff on a Friday, I wasn't supposed to get it till Wednesday. When I called CS they were rude and downright mean. In addition, they promised a 7 buisness day delivery and my delivery date was outside of that window. I will never order anything from them again which is sad as it is hard to find tall boots for plus size girls, but I can't deal with this level of ineptitude.

"If you are a Canadian (or other "International" customer) who wants to shop at One Stop Plus - FORGET IT!!!!
You will be hit with duties and taxes that most other online retailers don't charge. They use a broker instead of the U.S. Postal Service so the broker has to be paid! I have ordered items from China and India and have been charged no duty or tax!
Also, much of the clothing is manufactured in China and you had better order two sizes larger than usual or the clothing will not fit. I ordered tights which did not fit my size 10 mother!
Finally, forget about buying shoes or boots from this site. 99% are "not available for international shipping". DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE!

"OneStopPlus.com has a BAD ATTITUDE regarding merchandise delivery. They didn't even ship my "in stock" merchandise for 5 days! If a standard 2-week delivery is okay with you, shop here! The Agent I called regarding the status of my order thought a 2-week delivery was normal and couldn't have cared less about it! Use Swimoutlet.com instead! They have FANTASTIC delivery and no-questions asked attitude regarding returns, if less than 60 days!"

"Customer Service sucks.

First, they back-order a huge majority of things showing in their catalog and online.

Then they can't fulfill the back-order, cancel it, and never inform the customer.

My order was for separates that made up a 2-piece bathing suit. Now I have a bottom, but no top...and no notice that the back-order was cancelled on 7/12/11 at all.

They suck!!!

"OneStopPlus = one stop ordering PLUS no customer service.

OneStopPlus is just another useless middleman that adds an extra layer of BS to the transaction.

The "One Stop" part means placing one order for multiple retailers, which sounds great until you get to the "Plus" part, which means having to deal with each individual retailer for customer service issues, returns, and refunds.

Don't expect OneStopPlus to help you with anything after your initial order. It is best to ditch the worthless middleman and order directly from the source.

"Believe all the complaints about the shipping hassles, they are TRUE! If you don't need the stuff by a certain date, order away. But keep in mind it could take three flipping weeks to arrive, despite their claim that items will be delivered within 7 business days. They must send the orders out to be delivered by mule. Absolutely terrible."

"On 05/11/2011 we placed an order with next day shipping.

The entire order was listed as shipping on the 12th, yet 4 items wound up being shipped on the 13th.

We have tried several times over the weekend to get the package held at the UPS depot for pickup, as we are leaving town today. No matter what I said or how hard we tried, OneStopPlus refused to to do this

Amazon on the other hand had zero issues having the UPS shipment set for hold at depot.

Two items from the order, while listed as having shipped on the 12th are actually not even shipped yet, per customer service they are coming direct from the manufacture and have no estimate on when they will ship.

Hopefully they won't be stolen sitting next to our front door fro 48 days.
