"I purchased several dresses for my daughters wedding. I attempted to return several dresses, admittedly 90 days past the stated return window. Unlike major department stores, the company would not accept the returns despite the fact that they still carried the exact items on their website at full price (and therefore could have easily sold the items at no loss to the company). I also offered to have them keep the 20% donation dollars related to the items. They still refused. Furthermore, despite repeated requests to speak with a customer service rep in person, that request was ignored. I also had to reach out repeatedly via email to customer service before receiving a response. If you are not 100% sure about your purchase, or are a person that is not great about returning unwanted items right away, or prefer speaking in person via email I do not think you will be happy with this company. "

On my 3rd try I got through to someone that told me she would send a shipping label to exchange my item within a few minutes. I never got the shipping label. The next day I had to reach out again to ask for the shipping label and was informed that they no longer carry the item. The item is still listed in stock on their website. I ended up looking up the specific retailer of the item and ordering directly through them. "
