"The cases FINALLY arrived and are great. I was disappointed that they 3 cases all showed in-stock when I place the order and then I found an email a week later stating that one was out of stock and my entire order would be delayed. I called the 800 number 2 times, leaving a message once and never received a return phone call. Then I sent an email, asking for status of my order and threatening to cancel it and never got a response, but the next day got a email confirmation that my order status changed and the cases had shipped. The website needs correcting or more frequent updates so in-stock quantities are accurate AND customer service needs to be much more responsive and customer focused. Pricing is good."
