"I ordered my case around half a month ago. I contacted ohcases.com on several occasions. They first said the stock was defect, so they had to reorder and told me it would be at my home in 1 week with free express mail. The same thing happened 2 more times, where they claimed they got it in stock and they would ship it with express mail. Then, once I got someone to finally tell me the truth, the case was going to come in stock hopefully in a week, and I would have to pay real money for express mail... after having someone tell me it was free three other times. Once I contacted them two days ago, it did not come in stock, and I would have to contact them once again in two weeks to see if they had the item in stock... Don't let the price fool you, you'll receive the order, the quality is good, and the price is good. But don't be surprised if the claimed "in stock" and "5 day shipping" turn out to be not in stock and shipping that can take up to months. Spending the extra 5 dollars on a trusted more reliable source like Amazon is worth the money. And you'll get better customer service and REAL delivery dates."

When I contacted Ohcases.com they told me it was out of warranty and I should contact the manufacturer. After 10 days of waiting, wrong case received. My order was for a Samsung Galaxy 3 case, but received an iphone 5 case. Company told me to return it and they would ship the right one. I had to demand that they provide a shipping label, since it was their mistake, and I should not have to pay return shipping. I had to take time off of work to go to post office, as the label was only valid for 24 hours. They refused to ship the case that I ordered until they RECEIVED the incorrect case that I had to return to them. Product has been received by them (confirmed via delivery tracking), but my order has still not shipped. It has been 20 days since I placed my order. Discount is not worth the trouble, and due to loss of work time has now cost me more than the retail price...and I still do not have my phone case. "

"Store shipped (late) non-working AC wall adapters (together with working lightning cables) for my Apple device. We exchanged emails and store said they would ship replacements, but they shipped SD card adapters, instead (which I don't need). I have informed them of same and have not received any positive replies indicating a willingness to replace the non-working wall adapters. -- even after warning that store that it risked a negative review. Lightning adapters are not of much value without the wall plugs for charging. Credit card company has refunded the charge."

"I had tried multiple time contacting Ohcases.com from phone calls to voice mail to both personal emails to an email through there web site. And not one response. I finally got a man to answer my phone call on the 3rd day he informed me that my item didn't ship due to UPS saying my address was undeliverable. He also told me that they will ship it United States postal service and that they would either call or email me with the tracking number by the end of business day. That also didn't happen. So the following day I contacted PayPal and started an open case in the resolution center. Within 5 minutes I had a reply from Ohcases.com through the resolution center with a tracking number. I would probably not do business through this company again! If I did I would have to be very proactive and watch my order. Extremely POOR customer service!

"Overall experience was solid...they have a user-friendly website that illustrates product very well. Pricing was awesome! Almost 50% off manufacturer list pricing. Negative - It took almost ten for the product to arrive. That was a little annoying but i could have paid more for a quicker delivery time. Product arrived in my mail box in perfect condition. I put the defender series case, in all white, onto my wife's phone. The outer layer is not white-white. It had a dullness to it. It's not white-white like the hardshell. Nonetheless it's still attractive case and now my wife and I have piece of mind that her iPhone is protected properly. "
