"So I ordered an iPhone 5 case w/built in battery pack and lightning adapter. I did receive my products but the iPhone 5 case with built in battery pack would not work with my phone. Now my friend has the same exact case so I know it wasn't my phone or his since since we tested the bad case on his as well. Then when I tried his phone case it worked fine so I know it was a bad case.
I called customer service and was able to get a return label to send it back to them. Now this is where they fail horribly moving forward. It shows they received it on the 24th of OCT and it is now the 30th where I have not had any feedback to where my replacement case is. I called numerous times to get an update but now I can not get a hold of anyone that works there. I have sent 3 emails out to them with no replies yet. I just sent them an inbox message today through my profile on their site hoping to hear something back. From looking at all the other comments I can see this is a pretty common issue with there Customer Service. If you haven't bought any thing from them before... buyer beware cause you may wait a very long time to get customer service if you ever have a order issue. I give them 1.5 stars and the half star is only cause I was able to get a return label somewhat fast. But what does it matter when they have my money and I have no product... right?!"
"SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I would've read the reviews before I placed an order. I ordered a couple of items for my iPhone 5S on October 4th. I received confirmation the following day saying it was shipped. Seeing that the delivery would supposedly be in 2-3 business days, of course I was excited about receiving my items. They had not come. I called and told them that my order hadn't came and they said they'd ship out a replacement. About two weeks have passed and I still don't have it. I called USPS because when I tried to track it, it was stuck on "ELECTRONIC SHIPPING INFO RECEIVED". Turns out they never even shipped it!! "
"I am sorry to report that my experience with Ohcases was just fine. I didn't receive my Otter Box cases for 4 phones immediately--it took about a week and a half--but with free shipping, what should you expect? Try getting your Amazon items, with free super-saver shipping, in less than a week. Anyway, the only abnormality to report is that they sent me an extra Otter Box container that was empty--go figure. Aside from that, the cases were very inexpensive because they appear to not be popular colors. You get what you pay for? I believe I did a bit better than that with Ohcases."
"HORRIBLE COMPANY! They sent my product 9 days after it was supposed to go out. It never arrived and when I emailed them they said it wasn't their problem anymore to take it up with USPS. Also left messages because no one ever picked up and never received a call back."
"What are u guys whining about? I have used them to buy cables and docks for my iPhone 5S. Reliable, good customer service, quick shipping and easy to do business with. And the prices are CR CR CR CRAZY good. Shipping is either free or very reasonable. when I asked about quality (granted the products are not made by Apple) they offered verbally refund or exchanged. "Ordered 3 charges for them. Only received 1 with the receipt clearly stating I ordered 3. Emailed twice. No response. Called and they said they would mail 2 more an d delivery would be the following Monday. Nothing. I called on Wednesday, they said it would arrive the following week (10 days later) on Friday. I reminded him of the first two tries and wanted to know if they were truly on he way. He confirmed they would be shipped. Again, nothing. Called again. Same guy said the order was in process (uuuu after 11 days?) and that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I asked for a tracking number but he refused to give me one.; said he couldn't see the tracking number on his side that I would have to get it when it was emailed to me. Again, nothing. I called the following Thursday (twice) and they will not answer my phone calls or voice messages. Good thing I only lost $20+ and not more. "

"So I ordered two of these, one for my friend, and the other for myself. My friends wire worked perfectly and looked just as shown—but mine didn't. My wire looked perfect but it didn't work at all. So the first thing I did was send them an email—they never replied. I tweeted them, they never replied. I was just frustrated by this company. I'm not gonna lie, I still am. I'm just doing this review just to prevent the same thing that happened to me from happening to other innocents. Ugh, don't waste your money seriously. It's better buying a wire from somewhere else, even if it's a dollar or two more. Better than not getting your money back at all. Trust me."
"Sent me the wrong iPhone case. I ordered 5 and they sent the case for 4. There is no phone number. It took me over a month in back and forth emailing to get them to send me right case. At the end had to pay for shipping to get the wrong case back to them.
Ordered two i phone chargers. The first does not work off the case. I mean it's just a wire. How badly can you screw up. The second, the white case around the USB port came off the second time but at least it works.

"I placed my order even though I saw all the bad reviews. I placed the order for a HTC ONE Otterbox. I put the order in on 29 Aug and received a confirmation on the 30th. I also received a email saying it was shipped on 30 Aug. I checked the Tracking numbers 2 days later and it had not left the warehouse. I emailed them asking what was going on. I did not get a reply. I did see the next day it had shipped. I received the case yesterday. in perfect condition. Would I buy from them again maybe. The price was great $23 for a otterbox. compared to the normal $60. "
"BEWARE - I wish I had read these reviews first. I order 8/13, received confirmation 8/14. No case as of 8/28. I called 8/26 and they said that there was an inventory error but I would get an email with my new tracking number and I would have my case by 8/30. It is now 8/28 and no tracking number. Called again and he tries to give me the old tracking number which still says the post office did not receive it......he can not refund it as his system says it is shipped. so no case and no refund...spend a few more dollars and get a case from a reputable company "
"Wish I had read the reveiws before I purchased my Outterbox from them. I ordered the case on Monday Aug 12th, the website told me if i ordered it within the next 30 minutes it would ship that day... well it shipped the next day...By Wed Aug 21 and still had not received my case I called customer service and the gentlemen was very polite and told me it was out for delivery and should receive it today or tomorrow at the very lastest. He proceeded to tell me I could track my shipment at usps.com. So I checked it and it showed my ordered was scanned in NY,NY the day prior, not sure how it's going to get from NEW YORK to ARKANSAS in one day!!!! OHHHH and I still haven't gotten it!!! I am very nervous and affraid i have been scammed!!!! "
"Purchased product on 8/4 got confirmation on 8/6. Confirmation tracking shows item never left location. Emails and phone calls go unanswered until 8/19. Farooq Sarwar states item was lost by USPS despite it never being picked up. 8/21 still no shipping info and phone and email unanswered. I believe this is a scam site collecting money without shipping products."

"I bought an otterbox from ohcases. When it showed up, it was the wrong color. I tried calling but could not get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally did (3 days later), they emailed me a shipping label from a yahoo account instead of a company account. I sent the case back and followed it with the tracking number. Once I knew it was recieved, I called (and emailed) and asked to have the correct one shipped. They told me it would be there by the end of the week. It never showed up, so I called the next week and they told me that it would be there in 2 days. I asked for the tracking number and they told me I would receive it in an email within 30 min. Never showed up. Of course the case never showed up either and I continued to call and leave messages. No return call. When I finally got through again (a different person answered), they said they would ship it that day (confirmation they were lying before). I said I was fed up and wanted my money back. They said they would refund it but I think that may even be a fight. We'll see. I don't even know if they are legitimately in NY because when I call they have hard foreign accents. It could be coming from oversees. DO NOT buy from Oh Cases. It will be a nightmare. "
