"I placed an order with this company, and within a couple of days, I got a tracking number with email stating that "order had shipped".
The number was for "pre-shipment info" which "does not indicate receipt... Delivery status information will be provided if/when available. No further information is available for this item."
...A full month later, and there is still no package associated with the tracking number. I have twice attempted to contact Oh Cases for an explanation, and more than two weeks ago, requested they refund my charges.
OhCases has not acknowledged my requests for explanation, and for either prompt shipment or full refund."
"I definitely should've read the reviews for this website before I purchased from them. First of all, it took ten days for my order to arrive, even though they stated it would only take five business days. On top of that, the wrong case was sent. Very disappointed. I filled out a return request form, & after three days heard back from no one (they never answered their phone either). So I finally just emailed them & received an answer from a yahoo address (no company email?) From a Farooq Sawaar. He apologized for the mistake & said my replacement would be at my house within 3 to 5 business days. Needless to say, its been a month & no replacement. Don't waste your time with this company, just spend the extra money & save yourself the headache."
"Do NOT buy from OhCases.com!!! Ordered 3 cases on 11/12. As of today 12/8 NOTHING!!! Tracking number for USPS has not updated since 11/14 when they "indicated" they would drop off. Cant get thru to support. They do answer on the chat (on the site) or via email, but only cue-card responses that apologize and do nothing to resolve issue. So, I don't get my order, and I cant speak with anyone to initiate a refund!! Going to have to look into BBB, Visa, FTC, who knows whom else, to see what options I have."
"Absolutely horrible!!! Received the wrong case. I asked for a return label and never received one. After multiple phone calls they agreed to refund my money. NO REFUND ISSUED. Multiple phone calls with no results. The last one they answered but when I asked about my refund they just remained silent on the other end of the phone and wouldn't speak. Now they wont answer the phone any more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
"EPIC FAIL!!!! I ordered 2 cases on 11-16-14 & received a shipping invoice with a tracking number & have NOT received items as of 12-8-14. I've made numerous phone calls, spoke with someone twice, who assured me the items will be shipped. once again never received them... spoke with someone & requested my order to be cancelled & a refund be issued. "I ordered one phone case,they took my money, sent me an email saying they shipped it. It has been a month now and I haven't received anything.I have emailed them 15 times and have gotten no response. I have called them multiple times and there automated system puts me on hold where no one ends up ever answering every time. All they do is take your money and ignore you! OHCASES.COM IS A SCAM!! "Oh Brother!!!! Do Not order from this company if you have half a mind, they got nothing right. Ordered an Otterbox Defender Case for my Samsung S5 cellphone and husbands on November 2, 2014. One case came in correctly the other case sent was for the wrong phone (Samsung S4), I have personally worked in logistics and mistakes can be made. Called and emailed them immediately, finally received a return call and was told 10 days ago that the new case is in the mail. Well today is Nov. 18 and have yet to receive the phone case. Called company again was told the second time that they would send out another phone case immediately, I then asked for a refund. After reading my experience make your own judgement on whether you want to deal with this company in future. Meanwhile I will order my phone case from another company."
"I tried to order an OtterBox Defender series case for my Samsung Galaxy Note2. After waiting for almost 1.5 weeks to get to me, I open the package and it has someone else's order inside(an iPhone case). The package is addressed to me, but it has someone else's invoice? Does no one check these things before they send them out?! I try to call their customer service and the number has been "temporarily disabled". Complete BS of a company. All those saying that they have no issues with this company are obviously working for them. "
"iPhone case NEVER delivered!!! ~ I placed an order online with OhCases.com 11/06/14 and it's now 11/15/14, meaning I still have not received the case yet. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I have called the telephone number listed and the line is not working, call it again it say all calls are recorded for quality. "Awful customer service. I ordered 2 iphone 5 Otterbox cases. Both came and were broken. I then noticed they seem fake, googled and the logo and made in country labels are fake ones. I email for a refund. No reply. Several more emails, nothing. Try calling, their number is out of order. So now I am stuck with $30 of cases that can't be used."
"Horrible company. I placed an order on 6/12/14. I received everything I ordered however a couple of the cables do not work. I called and they said to test everything and they would replace the defective ones. That's the last I spoke to them. I've called at least 10 times - all times of the day. I sit on hold or disconnected. I've emailed at least 3 times - no answer. Still no replaced cables. I should have read the reviews first. This place is a ripoff. Not worth your time or money. On reviewer dared for negative reviewers to include their order #. My order # is 81643. The product prices would be pretty good if they actually worked."
