Okay.....changed my opinion. Delivery was not on time, but it was not the company’s fault. I lay the blame on USPS, as the problem was solved on the first weekend of January when two packages were delivered. I could have given a 5 star review because of the immediate response and action, (Thank you, that was great!) but now I have to go to the extra effort to return the extra package. I was quick to judge and did not give a fair review."

"The item was received in a timely manner. However, the box was shred to pieces.
The instructions were incomplete and incomprehensible.
The instruction did not specifying that a Philips screw driver would be needed to put the sofa together.
The instruction did not specify that a drill would be needed to put the sofa together. I had to drill holes to put the plates in place on the sofa because the holes on the couch were not pre-drilled.
The instructions did not specify what to do with the 4 washers that came in the package. I figured it out myself.
The legs and screws came into a 'hidden zipper' within the bottom of the sofa. The weight of the legs, screws and plates ripped the black fabric from the bottom of the sofa.
Word of caution: don't buy this item unless you can figure out how to put the piece together on your own.

"The cradle arrived much sooner than anticipated and in excellent condition. It looks just as it did online, is solidly made of a thick, durable wood and painted a pretty pale pink. The only issue I had with it was the terrible smell caused by the off-gassing of the paint. It would be nice if they used a nontoxic, odorless paint, but the smell faded after a few days and is no longer a problem."
"We Bought a DONCO twin loft bed with slide and tent for our son for Christmas. This was purchased through Walmart.com. The packages (shipped in 2, very large, separate boxes) both arrived at the same time. They were delivered a day later than the tracker estimated, but this was during the holiday season and it arrived before Christmas, so I'm calling that a win. It took my husband and I about an hour and a half to put it together (estimate on the box says 2 hours and my husband and I are pretty handy with building, so realistic expectations were met). All of the pieces were there and we were impressed by the high quality of the wood. There was even a small pamphlet about sustainability and how the wood had been sourced responsibly, which we appreciated. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once put together, we were very happy with the stability of the loft ( I weigh a bit over 200 and it felt super solid even with me on it) and how nice everything looked together. We built a small reading nook with shelves, lighting and a bean bag chair in the tent area underneath the loft. My kid LOVES this bed. He has been alternating between playing make believe in the tent and racing toys down the slide. 10/10 great experience, quality product, and I would definitely recommend."

"I ordered a white three door dog bed which looks like an end table. It’s a great purchase! I had a plastic kennel in my front room and I really wanted something more attractive to look at when I kennel my russel-chihuahua mix. So far it’s great. She kennels just as easy as before. Package came in perfect condition and assembly was pretty easy too! The double side door opens completely and the doors wrap backwards so they aren’t in the way if you choose to leave it open.
