No refund, no product

"Sent wrong product so it was returned by FedEx. I have verification that the items were received three weeks ago. No refund and I receive emails from them telling me they do not have the correct tracking number. They provided me with this number to return the item. It is a stall because the items can not be returned after 30 days. Do not purchase from this company unless you enjoy a hassle and do not mind losing money!"

Poor packaging = Broken parts. HORRIBLE customer service

"Poor packaging lead to two of the main parts coming broken in half. I contacted the number on the manual as soon as I received it and was informed that I would received the replacement parts by February. Since Feb 20 I've been calling them and getting sent to voice mail. It's now March and I still haven't received the replacement parts or heard back from the seller. When I asked for a refund, they told me they had no records of my issue and that since it's been more than 30 days since delivery, I couldn't get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER"

This is my 1st negative review ever

"This is my 1st negative review ever written but I felt compelled to share this info in the hopes that folks don't make the same mistake I did.
I purchased a large wall mirror and it unfortunately it arrived damaged beyond reparation. My husband and I moved the box a few feet and we could hear all the shattered glass moving around inside the box. I emailed the company right away to let them know, and also asking to arrange an exchange. They replied back saying we would have to dispose of the mirror. Mind you this is a large, heavy box filled with glass. It will easily cost over $100 to dispose. I asked them to send a UPS label to send it back explaining it is their responsibility to take away their damaged product. They wouldn't help with the cost of disposing.It appears this issue must happen regularly reading reviews... they are well aware of the cost to dispose or send back a heavy box and simply say they don't offer this kind of help. It's disappointing. They should do the right thing and hold themselves responsible with the burden of disposing. I'll continue to shop at Amazon instead where I know if anything goes wrong they will resolve it immediately. Amazon understands that you can't be the cause for a customer to pay for a product they haven't received.

Horrible product, even worse customer service

"I bought a metal plane from them as a gift. It came to me covered in dirt and dust. The planes welding was very poorly done and the metal was bent out of shape and paint was chipped. I returned the product back to the address ojcommerce gave me and they still haven’t refunded me or replied back after months of messages. $100 down the drain because of this company."

3 week wait for nothing

"Spent 3 weeks waiting for my order while the entire time it was "processing." Every time I called I got the same response: "It should ship tomorrow!" Well tomorrow never came and I ended up having to cancel my order. Never again OJCommerce."

"I had no issues with purchase or timeliness of shipping. Pleased with both. We did have damage in shipping however. There was a hole torn in the box which in turn caused a hole in the futon. Fortunately it was on the bottom of the futon and after examining it we decided to keep it anyway."

Worst Company Ever!

"This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!!!

To start the Sleeper Couch I bought was apparently on back order and I was not informed, nor did I ever get an email confirming my order. When I called customer service a month after ordering the item to find out why I had not received it or any communication from this company, I was informed then that the item was on back order and I would get an email when it did ship. Needless to say I never got that email. But I did get the two piece sofa on two separate days, a week apart, with no notification.

So then I finally put it together, with worse than IKEA instructions, but luckily it wasn't that hard to figure it out without the instructions. The bad part is I am 5'5'', and on both the seating area and chase I hung over the edge uncomfortably and the back was not high enough to sit comfortably. In the picture attached I am sitting straight up and my feet are still hanging over! This furniture was made for Kids!! So seeing this I immediately started to try to get in contact with their customer service again. It took me 3 days, 2 messages, and 2 emails (which never got responded to), to finally get a representative, who was rude and unhelpful when discussing the return of my item and the fact that I never got any response previously or confirmation emails. At the end of the call she informed me that in 24 business hours I would get an email to initiate my return. This email I did magically get.

Let me start with I did read this policy before buying and thought it was wrong, but I had been looking for a couch like this for a year now and It was in the same price range as other I had seen. I was naively not expecting to return this item. Now the worst part is their return policy. Not only do they take a 20-50% restocking fee out of your refund, but the customer is responsible for the shipping. In this case to ship two 100 lb. boxes back to them it was going to cost me $280 a box (I got quotes form multiple carriers and all were around this number) that is a total of $560 dollars to return a couch that cost me $465. Not to mention on the refund they were at least going to take 20% off that. So now I have to pay more than the couch is worth to ship it back for a refund that is frankly not worth it.

I would never recommend this company to anyone, if I could give them zero stars I would! Their customer service is crap and rude! Their return policy is a joke! Frankly this is a company out to screw people over and keep their money even when they do allow you to return the item. So disappointing!!

Horrible returns

"Ordered mini blinds. They didn't fit wanted to return but there is 20% restocking fee and I have to pay shipping to return. Bought on Walmart site but this is a third party and you can't return to the store. I will never buy from this company again!!"

Terrible shipping experience

"This seller's turn around on shipping times is beyond terrible. Claims to ship items fast but I've been waiting over 2 weeks now with no shipping confirmation yet. My order status still says "Processing". That is not fast in today's world if you want to compete with Walmart and Amazon. OJCommerce also does not submit reviews on their site for products unless it is 4 or 5 stars from what I can tell. I worked for an eCommerce company once and that's exactly what they did. Beware of companies like this, guys! They are trying to pull the wool over your eyes!"
