OJCommerce has a BBB rating of F!

"SELLER IS A SCAMMER WITH A BBB RATING 'F'!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ON ANY SITE! I purchased a small three drawer chest. The problem is the misleading representation of the item and because of that I am unable to use it! The drawer fronts are 5",6" and 6" and 17 1/2 inches wide, but all three drawers are only 15" wide with 3 1/8" depth and only 4" clearance, and only 13" deep! The chest is 16 1/2" deep. The ad states that it is 18" deep and it is only 16 1/2" deep and only 23 5/8" wide not 24"
So now I am out the money, and stuck with a chest that I can't use, because what I need to put in it will not fit! THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP IT BACK, WHICH WILL COST MORE THAN THE ITEM
This is their response to my email I sent to them.
Dear Susan Fisher,
The item must be returned within 10 days after receiving this RA.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION #, ADDRESS AND INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wrap the package carefully in the original manufacturer’s packaging
2. Return the item(s) to the address provided using your preferred shipping carrier.
3. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
4. Provide us with the tracking number/s of the return. The tracking will be on the receipt provided by your shipping carrier.
Refunds will be processed after the return is received and inspected by our warehouse.
NOTICE:
A. All returned products MUST be in their original condition and packaging. We cannot take returns if products have been assembled or modified. All items will be inspected upon return.
B. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
C. Customers are responsible for returns to any address other than instructed.
We generally complete the inspection of returned goods within two business days of receipt in our warehouse and process the refund. It may take 2 to 3 additional business days for the refund to credit to your account.

"Do not ever buy from this company. They are absolutely terrible to work with bought a $400 desk huge chips in the top of it after putting it together five hours later they offered me minimal to nothing.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS COME DAMAGED!!!"

Horrible Product & Service

"First time using this company and I will never use again. We bought a cat tower, and it was made so cheap and very hard on the sitting surfaces - no padding under cheap carpet - Our cats ignore it. They don't offer return shipping, and it's going to be $80 for a return, and the item was $62, so we are going to donate it. Customer Service person was rude and robotic, kept asking "Does it look like t he picture?" - stupidity all around. Stick with well-known national brands, these off brands so NOT have the customer experience as a core value."

Horrible product and horrible customer service

"I bought a Christmas tree from what I thought was Walmart and when I tried to return due to poor quality and it was used as it had Christmas ornaments on it, I was informed by Walmart I had to contact OJCommerce. I had no idea I purchased from a 3rd party because I used the Walmart.com app which is a fail on Walmart!!! I sent the notification to OJCommerce and was informed I would have to pay to ship it back!!! Really, that would cost as much as the tree!!! How does a company sell a used poor quality tree and then tell me I have to pay to ship it back???? Worst experience ever, not only will I post on every review platform I can about this company I will never order from Walmart.com again. Please save yourself the money and headache as you will not receive a quality product and you definitely won’t be able to return any items without paying the shipping fees. "

"I am very sorry that I hadn’t read the reviews about this company before I bought my Large Fruit Cage!! I could have saved myself $200! I bought this for my blueberries. It sounded like exactly what I was looking for. It was delivered but I didn’t need it right away. When I decided to put it together, i found several missing pieces that were essential for the cage. I called the company and they were of no help since their 30 day return policy had expired. I didn’t want to return it, I just wanted them to send me the 3 small pieces I was missing. The cage, as is, is useless. The birds are enjoying my blueberries and I am out $200. "

Horrid company that holds no measure of business integrity

"I ordered a $300+ loftbed, they sent it to the wrong address. They came up with every lie possible to not admit it was their fault. Walmart and myself had to repeatedly prove our case with them. They started emailing me outside of the Walmart platform, bullying me and telling me to go out and find the shipment myself. Yup, I'm serious, this company is completely insane. For over 10 days now I've been getting the run around. Every excuse they give, I research it and catch them in a lie. This is not a company, it seriously can't be...God help us if this company continues to thrive. They put big leaders like Amazon and Walmart into an awful level of integrity. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Very poor business ethics. "

HELP REMOVE OJ COMMERCE FROM ONLINE SELLING PLATFORMS

"MY FULL REFUND FROM WAL-MART HAS POSTED MY ACCOUNT.  HOWEVER, FOR THE REASONS EXPLAINED BELOW, OJ COMMERCE SHOULD NOT HAVE A PRESENCE ON THE WAL-MART PLATFORM - SEE PICTURES OF MY DAMAGED ITEMS ON YOUTUBE, INSTAGRAM, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FACEBOOK AND YELP ALONGSIDE OJ COMMERCE MISLEADING RETURN POLICY!!!


As I indicated last week, I would receive a FULL REFUND on the damaged nightstands received from OJ Commerce.  To date, I have in fact received my refund in FULL. See attachment.  Because OJ COMMERCEs return policy is a misrepresentation of good will to the unassuming customer, which on the Wal-Mart platform indicates refunds are permissible, but then on your page the return policy states refund or replacement. OJ Commerce should immediately correct the misleading return policy directly on Wal-Mart Marketplace platform to state that customers will be HELD FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT OF ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT OR ACCEPT A REPLACEMENT ITEM OF THE SAME.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  It shouldn't be at your discretion for a customer to accept replacement for items so easily damaged and so cheaply made it crushes during shipping transit.  This is unconscionable.  Coupled with the fact that my items were both received crushed and you expected I pay $500 shipping costs to return $581 items., why would anyone pay OJ Commerce for low quality crushed furniture?  I recently read all of the OJ Commerce reviews, and shame on OJ Commerce for not honoring commitments.  Because of the irresponsible manner in which my case was handled by OJ Commerce, Wal-Mart took very good CARE of me and made me whole after I shared my photos, the email and voicemail communication whereby OJ Commerce Representatives gave conflicting information, some stating a refund would be granted, while others saying it would not.  Nonetheless, I took to social media platforms to post all pictures and correspondence of the matter.  OJ Commerce should not have a presence on the Wal-Mart platform because of the way you administer returns that are no fault of the customer, and many customers agree who have viewed and liked the photos of my damaged nightstands and your return policy on YELP, Instagram, YouTube. FaceBook, Snapchat, and the Better Business Bureau.  I hope this sends a clear message to OJ Commerce that what you do to customers with regards to the return of damaged items is wrong on every level.  I am pleased that all my post received the attention NEEDED to make sure other customers do not have to withstand what OJ Commerce put me through.  Like I mentioned last week, this was about the principal of matters, and OJ Commerce chose to penalize me, versus help solve a simple problem.  For these reasons, I hope that Wal-Mart does in fact elect to permanently revoke your seller privileges and remove you from their platform.  You don't deserve to be there, my pictures is real time proof, along with what other customers have been saying for years on OJ Commerce reviews.  At the end of the day, it wasn't about the money, it was about what was right, and my full refund was an added bonus!  Thanks to Wal-Mart!!!! ZERO STARS TO OJ COMMERCE!!!!  Don't know how you stay in business, especially since you made no effort to make me whole and Wal-Mart paid for OJ COMMERCE error.  OJ Commerce should BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, YOU SHOULD NOW REIMBURSE WAL-MART FOR THE ERRORS OF YOUR WAYS!

Worst Company

"Hello everyone, Please, please, please do not work for this company; they will fire you for no reason, and it is the worst place to work in the world. You must dance to everyone's music. Specially The new so-called Manager Daniel Vinod will say lies and manipulate and talk and make a hell of a lot of mistakes, he will say its my mistake and he will never listen to the calls attentively, he does not have a clear picture of what is exactly happening, but simply for no he will fire people this way they treat the agent, they do not give proper training and they do not give you time to learn as well as the worst company to work for .Every day they will come up with new rules There is only one good soul in the world, Pravin Daniel, who was extremely helpful."

I am a supplier that was never paid correctly by OJ Commerce in 1 year of business

"We sold to OJ Commerce for 1 year. During the course of our relationship every single check they sent required our accountant to email them and argue over the amount paid. Not one check was correct. After a year of this nonsense we parted ways with them. They refused to get off our Amazon listings, threatened legal action against us for "defamation of character" of their business when we reported the listings to Amazon to have them removed. This company are a bunch of crooks, plain and simple. The "customer service" group was the department of scams, trying to get us to pay for the most ridiculous things and then ignoring us when we presented facts to the contrary or reiterated policy to them.

WORD OF CAUTION to all suppliers: do not expect OJ Commerce to pay you fairly or to act with professionalism. They are internet retail thugs in every sense of the word. They still owe us over $700.

DAMAGED PRODUCT/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/NO RESOLUTION

"I ordered a wicker outdoor table. It arrived w/ the 44" box slashed in multiple places, ripped open, and the table was crumbling inside. I emailed the company that day w/ pics and twice more with no response. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I submitted a complain and heard back 10 days later. I requested a replacement or refund since the table is un-usable with damage. They have refused for days. Finally stated I'd have to pay to have it shipped back and also pay for a replacement to be shipped. The damage was not my fault-it arrived in that condition. At this point, they've said they're not going to do anything and close the ticket. Awful shipping, customer service, and no resolution. I'm now going to ask my credit card company to dispute it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

The worst

"The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They sold me a table with a top that was completely split. I needed it for something special and ordered it way in advance. It got here late for one. Then arrived broken and they won’t refund. Just want to replace and can’t give me a time line. I told them I want to return it (they are such a shady company they make you pay for the return shipping when the send you useless junk) and now they won’t respond to my messages. Contacting my credit card company and BBB when I have time. So sick of unprofessional companies that are an embarrassment to anyone else who sells online. They should be ashamed of themselves. "
