"**UPDATE**
After sending mutiple cancelation notices (AGAIN), I get one response telling me in poor english to wait for my tracking numbers. Apparently they dont know what CANCEL means. I then forwareded all my dealings with this company to my bank and they gladly reversed the charge and is investigating the company. I urge everyone who has been a victim of this company to do the same. Also, thier website has been "updated" They removed the policies that they didn't follow, like billing after shipment. There is also SEVERAL companies operating out of thier address, so NHS is just one of many fraudlent fronts for "Technology Bazzaar". A few days ago a package arrives at my house. It looks to be the floppy drive, out of the CDRW, DVD+CDRW, and the Case I ordered and paid 75 bucks shipping on. I refused it and sent it back.

I placed the order Mar 23. Was billed Mar 24. No response from them about tracking numbers. Call to get tracking numbers, find out there was a problem with my billing address. They didn't seem to have a problem billing my acct for it though. Waited a few more days on tracking numbers, still no response. Logged into thier little POS tracking system, and it says that my order is backordered. Wouldn't it be backordered during the last 4 calls to them? Thier own policy states that "All verified and authorized online credit card transactions will be deposited automatically into our merchant account with Union Bank of California AFTER shipment." hmmm... makes ya wonder how ETHICAL thier business practices really are. I will give them one more call before I call my bank to have thier charges revoked. Will post updates.

"This company is the worst ever! Do NOT order from these scammers. I sent 4 emails to cancel with no reply. Tried calling them. What a joke! I left many messages for them to cancel and call me. You guessed it! Not 1 reply. 11 days after ordering, it was still not shipped.
I called them at 930am PST and actually got through! It was by accident I think. I hit the number for tech support, and a human actually answered. I said I wanted to cancel my order. Got transferred. It rang for at least 10 minutes. Someone finally picked up. Told him I wanted to cancel. He said it was shipped out today. Yeah right! He said he could stop the shipment. We'll see. They better give credit to my credit card. I have already contacted my bank to send me a dispute form. Guess who will win :)If the package is shipped, it will be refused.
I don't see how this company can stay in business much longer. No one in there right mind would ever be a repeat customer.
Bottom line - Don't even think about ordering from them no matter how low the price is. It is not worth it.

"This seller is cheesey. Do not buy from them. I ordered 100 of each of the CD-RW and DVD they had. They held my order for a month, then cancelled it. They told me it was going to be shipped out the first week I placed the order. I called them at least 30 times, and nobody picked up. No email was replied to also. Nexthardwareshop can suck ass!"

"Damn I am so stupid! I cant believe I didnt come to this site before buying from these assclowns. I've only had my order in for 12 days, but there is no way to communicate with guys. I did receive a call 3 days ago from them and I missed it. They said that my Lite-on 48x was out of stock and they wanted me to upgrade to the 52x. I called back immediatley and receievd the most unprofessional voice mail I ever heard. To date I have sent 4 emails and called 3 times and have not heard from anyone. I was starting to get worried, then I came on this site. It has now been confirmed I am offically petrified.

DONT BUY FORM THESE CLOWNS. THEIR LOW PRICES MAY WOW YOU, BUT DONT BE FOOLED!

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This retailer may have reasonable prices but their non responsiveness when it comes to shipping inquiries is poor. By their own policy they indicate they will ship "in stock" orders within 2-3 business days. I have been waiting for ten days for my "in stock" motherboard order to be shipped. This is the second time I have ordered from this retailer and both time they are slow to ship the item.

I do not recommend this retailer because they do not adhere to their own stated policies.

UPDATE: I had to dispute the charges. They immediately charged my AMEX and I have yet to make contact with them. They won't even acknowledge the 5 emails I have sent them trying to cancel the order.

UPDATE #2: Evidently American Express can't even get them to acknowledge the disputed charges. I got a letter from AMEX stating they had tried to contact the company with no reply.

Unless you like donating money to this worthless company you should take your business elsewhere.


UPDATE #3
AMEX notified me they credited my account becasue they could not get a response form the company either. Go figure. Anyway, this company is on my blacklist forever.

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESES GUYS. Something has happened with the company in February. I had purchased over 40 hard drives from this company and did not have any problems until this order. It took over three weeks to get my order and, when I did, it was only half. I have called at least 2 dozen times and only get and answering machine. No phone calls are returned. Sent several emails asking when I can expect shipment of the other 10 drives I have ordered. No emails are returned. If you feel that you need to purchase anything from them, make sure you use a credit card. Do NOT send cash or a check!!!!!!"

"AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

*This company is also known as Technology Bazaar*

I placed an order with this company because I was lured in by their low prices on Pricewatch. I wish I had known about Resellerratings.com before I placed my order.

My card was charged on the same day I placed the order and I received a confirmation e-mail of my order. Little did I know that this is the only communication I've received from NextHardwareShop.

I called them about 5 days after my purchase to find out why I didn't receive a tracking number for my order yet. After waiting on hold forever, and after being transfered to one person after another, I was finally told that they shipped my original order to the wrong address and that they would ship out a new order that day. 4 days later and I still haven't received a tracking number. The website they provide their customers to check the status of their order still hasn't changed from the day I ordered, and after 10 or so e-mails to their "customer support" (none of which they have responded to), I have lost faith I'll ever receive my order from them.

I have since ordered from Newegg.com. I may have paid a few dollars more for the same product, but it is worth those extra dollars to prevent the headaches from dealing with NextHardwareShop.com

Again, avoid this company!

**Update**

After sending them an e-mail today canceling my order because they hadn't sent me a tracking number, they send me an e-mail with a UPS tracking number. The package hasn't even left their shop yet, and they promised shipment on March 11th!!

Sketchy buisness, horrible service!

I finally received my product on March 18th. Over 2 weeks to send a product that according to their website will ship 24-48 hours after ordering.

I can't emphasize enough to stay away from this company.

"Ordered a hard disk just about two weeks ago. Still no confirmation, no shipping notice. They billed my card though! Customer support will no longer respond via email. "I wish I would have known about this site before I went ahead and purchased a KDS xf-9c monitor. I purchased the monitor on their website on a Friday morning, I proceded to check on their website about when it would ship. I emailed them on Friday evening, I got a response on a Sunday saying the monitor would ship on Monday. I followed up via the telephone on Tuesday. I person on the telephone who was hard to understand said it would ship that day. Then Wednesday I checked to see if it had shipped, calling again, talking to the same person, said it would ship that day. I asked why the delay, he put me on hold, came back and said it would ship on Friday. I asked why he just said Wednesday, and he mumbled something about being out of stock. I made several phone calls to the Customer Service Department, only to find a message machine. I left several messages. Never got a response. I finally did a chargeback with my bank. And that is where is stands now. Thank goodness my bank has a wonderful policy about web commerce. "

"Just learned about RR the other day and felt compelled to enter this. Nexthardwarescrewjob is possibly the worst place I have ever done business (even the little whitetrash jack in the box on main) I bought a pair of 256mb pc800 samsung sticks for my p4 LAST YEAR, they wont post, and I got an RMA from NHS and sent them in...they sent me back THE SAME RAM and said there ya go...after about 10 emails with no response, and calling back, and out of stock, and various other run-arounds, I still have $200 of ram that is sitting here on my desk--unusable--AFTER 6 MONTHS. I am currently in the process of attempting to rma them through Samsung, and reports to the BBB and the AG but NHS has to be the biggest POS crooks out there.. BUYER BEWARE....ONLY IDIOTS BUY HERE"

" Ordered 2 complete systems from a company called Technology Bazarr. Never recieved the merchandise. Called them once after about 8 days and they said the order was shipping that day. Finally cancelled the order after about two weeks. Never recieved a confirmation as their website stated. Sent several other e-mails and finally got a response from Nexthardwareshope stating that they had recieved the e-mail and they would respond in the order that they recieved them.Sent cancellations to TechnologyBizarr and Nexthardwareshop. Searched their website and found the same product at a slightly higher price ($10 more and twice the shipping charges) but still a good deal. Ordered the same 2 complete systems at the higher price from them (before I knew about Reseller Ratings). Got an order confirmation same day. Made a shipping error on the order, sent a e-mail cancellation, no response. Re-ordered with correct information, confirmation same day. Tried to call to make sure both orders didn't ship. Got a voice recording telling me to use e-mail. Tried everyday for about a week to contact them no response. Cancelled order.Some one finally called and left a message ,saying that they had recieved the cancellation order and wanted to know if they could work something out with the order. They left an incomplete number so I was unable to contact them. Couldn't get a response from their website numbers. Ordered individual parts from other sites after checking Reseller Ratings. On Feb 25, cancelled order from Nexthardwareshop arrived.(They were signed for by a nieghbor because I wasn't home at the time. Otherwise I wouldn't have accepted them). Called them to ask them why they had shipped the order(finally got someone on the phone) They said that they never recieved a cancellation order even though I had copies of about six e-mails that I sent them cancelling the order and they had left a phone message confirming it. I was told to take the unopeneded packages to UPS and drop them off and tell them I that I didn't want them, and to send them back. They said thet they would recredit my credit card. Not liking the way that sounded, and because of the experience so far, I decided just to sell them to someone else. I didm't want to take the chance of losing my money and the merchandise. I will never order from them again. I have done lots of on line ordering and this is the worst experience. In fact I order all my computer parts on line. I am writing this prior to actually opening the packages because I sold them as they came. I will be doing that today. So there might be more to add. "

"Unbelievable Ordeal! Ordered November 30, 2002, part of order delivered December 16, another part December 19. I was lead to believe the products were going to be delivered no later than December 6th. I left numerous voice mails. I sent E-mails but nobody ever responded. Mother board is defective. I will end up eating it because I have no faith in Next HardwareShop.com's ability to process anything.
Order is still incomplete as of February 24, 2003. Should Have named themselves "Next Hardware Shop to Go Out Of Business". I wonder how many people they will "take" before the Federal and State Government start getting involved.
