"what a rip-off. I purchased a home theatherfrom them and was told there was a 1 to 2 week backorder and they would ship it once it came availible,( at the same time i signed up for price alert) . 3 weeks later i get an alert that there in stock and can ship the same day but now the price is about $100.00 more, so after about 4 days of not getting an email saying mine was shipped and there web site still showing the product availible and can ship same day i called to ask about my order and was told it was still back ordered and pushed back another 2 weeks. When i questioned there web site posting i was told it was a mistake but questioned why it was still up there after 4 days with no answer..That night i wrote them an email saying that if mine wasnt sent out by weeks end i wanted to cancel and file a complaint, the next day i get an email saying sorry your order was cancelled because when i ordered it the package was on sale but when it came in the promotion was over and thats how they left it....WHAT A RIP-OFF...BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH THIS IS A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRICING AND LEAVES YOU OUT THE DANGLING, ACTUALLY THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH,,,,BEWARE"

" we too were excited about a purchase w/nextday pc. we were delayed and then cancelled as other posts have indicated. we called the company and spoke with the owner about the misrepresentation and got clarification that the supplier was the source of them not being able to provide the product at the discounted rate in the new month. while we were upset that we didn't get the product at the discounted rate, we realized their frustration. in trying to share the discounted rate to their clients and potential new clients they have tarnished their reputation. we appreciate their honesty.
