"I placed my order with NextDayPC using money orders. I was really glad to see them offer the service. I also had an item missing from my order and found out it had been backordered. I was a little disappointed and told them I could not wait due to the project timelines. They were very prompt it resolving the issue and allowed me to swap in a different device with a similar price at no extra charge (in fact they gave me a discount on the alternative item that I did not even ask for as an customer appreciation "thank you"). I will definitely use them again."

Had to contact them - they claim they never received order even after cc was charged. They advised me to contact shop.com....order was cancelled with an explanation that simply said "Sorry unable to fulfill you order"! Shop.com says that they will credit my cc within 24 hours."

"Ordered a video card on 9/28. there website showed it in stock and would ship before 3pm. Got a receipt from them showing it shipped on 9/30. on 10-05, talked to online support. They said the order did not ship as they were out of stock. Saying it would ship from their Illinois location. Called them back 10-07, they said it shipped on 10/5 from their California location because Illinois location didnt have it. I would run clear from these people. "
