I found NextDayPC listed as a vendor with an excellent price on the large HDTV I wanted to order, but was concerned about ordering from an unknown internet vendor – as well as simply the reliability of getting the products here in the timeframe needed. Not only did they follow up on the phone to confirm details, but the sales agent actively called the shipper to confirm that my order would ship out that day - even though it was after the 3 PM cutoff time. Once my order was placed, another representative contacted me to confirm the tracking number, and verify the ETA for my shipment. The committed date was a Friday, but my order actually arrived just after midday on Thursday.

Note one negative that has been touched on in other reviews: The website doesn't handle correct shipping costs for large orders, which need to ship via ground. In this case, it was very obvious that a large plasma HDTV could not be shipped for only $10. Confirmation with the sales agent verified the actual shipping cost ($125) - which resulted in a total cost which was still hundreds of dollars less than most competitors. They have promised to address this web ordering issue in the near future, so noone else is mislead regarding these costs.

The entire team at NextDayPC went above-and-beyond to ensure I received exactly what I ordered, at the cheapest price, in the fastest time possible. I've had nothing but great experiences with NextDayPC, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others."
