"I ordered a projection screen from their website. The listing showed that it would ship in 1-2 business days. It was a great price so I ordered it. 2 days later, I get an email from them saying that the screen went up in price. They tried to find me a comparable screen as a replacement but of course were unsuccessful. Their explanation was unknown price changes that were not updated on their site. If the wrong price was posted on an item at a retail store, the store would be forced to sell it at that price. New World IT did not offer that as an option. After waiting days to get alternatives, which I didn't get. I canceled my order.
It's this kind of internet 'bait and switch' that frustrates me enough to pay more at a brick and mortar store. Shame on you New World IT.
Update 2/14/2010:
After seeing the company's response to my review, I decided to call them and give them a chance to make things right. I was in the market for an LCD TV for my bedroom. They went out of their way to find the right one, gave me a great price, and got it to my door in 2 days. Although I was disappointed with my original experience with this company, they apologized and made up for their mistake. Everybody deserves a chance to make things right and New World IT did just that. This is the kind of customer service that you don't see very often in e-commerce stores. Nice save, NWIT.

I had no response until I emailed again about my order. the replied email stated that the item I requested was almost double the price and will take 2 weeks, which is not what is listed on the website.
