"Friendly COMPETENT people running the show. I was looking for an AFFORDABLE OEM replacement battery for my Lenovo Thinkpad. NeworldIT was the only place offering what I was looking for after hours of research. Everyone else had 3rd party batteries for under 100$, but those places were charging well over 100$ for a brand new Lenovo brand battery. For some reason NeworldIT had original brand new Lenovo OEM batteries for over 50 dollars cheaper than anywhere else, BRAND NEW!
They even called me double checking my credit card to prevent fraud! And spoke perfect english! And answered all my needy questions to my satisfaction!

"I recently ordered a batch of hard drives from New World IT. They had a great price on the drives. It was my first order with them. Normally I'm not too agressive about tracking my orders since I'm a small system builder and carry plenty of stock. But with tax returns lately I've been much busier with orders. A week went by (February 27th to March 4th) before I realized I was getting low on 1TB hard drives. So I called them up. Turns out the drives hadn't been shipped yet. The agent on the phone informed me that they were shipping that day and provided me a tracking number later that afternoon. Kudos for the good response to the phone call, but a 1 week wait to have them shipped out? Really? They did, however, refund me $10 of my shipping charges for the delay, which was very nice of them since I really wasn't all that bothered (more suprised really).

Will I shop with New World IT again? Probably, if they have a good deal on something I'm looking for (and I'm not in a rush to get it....). Did they woo me? No. "
