"This is my first order with NWIT so I'll see how things go. Until I get the hard drive I ordered, an eval cannot be complete or fair. Thus far, the price is one of the best I could find on the net. If packaging is good and product comes in as advertized, I would give them a 9 out of 10. The only glitch I saw was under the product specifications. The transfer speed was not listed so I had to go elsewhere to find the info before I placed my order. I was looking for a new regular supplier and NWIT will probably be it! "

After reading reviews and taking a chance, I'm pleased to report they delivered the product on time and in good condition. I recommend them."
"Their shipping was quick but when I got the drives they were used not new. They told me that the folks they bought them from told them they were new. WHAT? OMG if you buy them through distribution for sales you will get new drives! They took them back no problem but suffice it to say I won't buy from them again. I will see if I get a full refund including shipping but this cost me time to order new drives and my customer will have to wait for the new new ones to get in..."
