"I ordered two items that were "in stock" and I even got an email that they "shipped." A week later I emailed to ask when they would arrive. They then informed me that I had to order three more of the same item or they would cancel my order. I didn't want three additional items, so they cancelled my order. According to California law, it is illegal to require buying more items when there is no minimum quantity specified in the original ad or sales agreement. They did eventually give me a refund, but I will never do business with this company. "

I ordered 500 dollars worth of things that were "in stock" and paid for 3 day shipping. After 5 days I called them and they said some of it was going out in 2 more days, and the rest in 2 weeks! No call that everything wasn't in stock, and no call or explanation why the in stock things hadn't been pulled and sent in 1-2 business days!! I asked them to cancel the three day shipping and the guy told me he couldn't. I know for a fact that if UPS/FedEx hasn't picked it up then Neobits hasn't been charged for it. After some arguing they finally agreed to refund me the 3 day shipping money. Its been 2 weeks since I first placed my order and still nothing! NOTHING!!! Called yesterday and got an email response today that it would ship next week. THATS 3 WEEKS FOR MY STUFF!!!! search for it elsewhere. Neobits is terrible."

I got a call a week later saying they needed to charge me an additional $65 in shipping, for a $77 item. I cautiously proceeded since HazMat is usually a bit more expensive than what they initially quoted me, but altogether the price still was not terrible.
When the package arrived, it was one item and not the case of 4, as listed. I called again (had to try 4 times) and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I was free to order 3 more at the original price!
Basically, I paid $142 for half a kilo of something I usually get for about $60, and about 4 weeks late. Customer service was rude. Do not buy from here."

"I needed some Yagi antennas for a job on short notice and found them in stock at Neobits, Inc. when all my other suppliers had 1 - 2 week lead time. Neobits, Inc. was also cheaper than my other suppliers. Unfortunate they do not take phone orders. Would also be nice to know where items are shipping from during the ordering process so you can make a informed decision on shipping method. I paid 3 day ground shipping on something that was only 1 - 2 days away. We will be sure to do more business with Neobits, Inc. in the future. Overall very satisfied with the service."
"Very poor experience. Had an item overnighted that I needed for an urgent work project. It came with the wrong connectors for my device. I emailed them about obtaining the correct connectors. They emailed me back with a question and then I never heard from them again. I emailed them twice more for an answer. After a week I called them and got the right part number and ordered it but they stiffed me on the shipping costs as I had to overnight it. I complained and instead of waiving the shipping cost they changed it to 2 day shipping to lower the cost. I think they may have just charged me for ground though. So the customer service recovery was ok. But it was too little too late. "
