"I had placed an order and hit change my mind and wanted to order something else I called customer service and they would only allow me to order new items and not cancel my previous order they tell me to go to the website and somebody would get back to me right away the website would not allow me to contact anybody and by the time I called him back The next day they told me it was too late to cancel the order. They give people a real hard time if you want to cancel an order. "

Even though I wanted the large leaves and blossoms they sent me the August beauty. It’s a nice plant and it’s healthy but the leaves are tiny and I’m assuming the blossoms will be too. I paid almost $90 for a 3 quart plant and I didn’t get what I asked for"
"My initial response upon seeing my order after opening the package was disappointing. Poor things looked nothing like I expected and looked to be on their last leg.
But wait,I calmed down. I allowed them to sit overnight to prevent further shock. Next morning I repotted,watered and placed in the sun. And BOY! they almost immediately started to show out. They are intent on outshining the ones pictured on your site."
"My beautiful firethorn bush arrived in a short time and was very carefully packed to protect it. I didn’t realize I should water it right away (it said to plant the same day but it was night time — I didn’t think to water it but then realized the next day it was dry :/ ). It is so pretty with its winter berries still adorning it , it is in our picture window, so I hope it thrives! The price was very high for one number 2 pot little bush, so I splurged further on the one-year guarantee.... that makes me feel hopeful that it will turn out to be worth it. "
