I have purchased several plants/bushes over the last 2 years and without exception they arrive robust and have grown exceptionally well. I've killed my fair share of plants but every one of these have thrived. I bought 3 virburnum plants two years ago, two from this nursery. They are twice the size with multiple blooms where the other virburnum seems stunted. A little pricier I think but the product proves to be a far better value."

"I purchased a small tree from Nature Hills and received what looked like a slender walking stick. I planted it as per the directions and it took three weeks to yield about 5 leaves. After three months it is now dead and the leaves have wilted and fallen off. I contacted Nature Hills and was told that I could get 50% credit and would have to pay for shipping and handling for a replacement or something else. I was surprised to learn that they did fully stand behind their product. I was told that it would have been replaced if I purchased a warranty at the time of sale.
I have landscaped my entire property piecemeal throughout the years and have been planting trees and bushes on other properties for over thirty years. I have never received such poor customer service.
Of note I purchased three other similar items and planted and cared for them in the same manner with no problems.

"I ordered two Baptisia Australis plants (False Indigo) from nature Hills. They arrived in beautiful condition, and I have planted them in what I hope are suitable spots.
I've had good experience with three other plants of this type in the past, and they have always come through beautifully. Two have finished blooming by now, and the one with yellow-pink blooms is just about done blooming.
These new ones will hopefully be do9ng their thing for years to come.
