1. The packages arrived in torn and damaged boxes, with some pieces of wood splintered. This is where customer service was helpful in getting parts replaced, but…
2. The quality of the job was terrible. I had paid for a stain and it was applied absolutely shabbily. I had to smooth the wood down because it was rough and unsanded in places and ended up staining it myself. The wood for the stairs was warped. Holes weren’t drilled where they should have been, as per the directions. Considering I had paid over a thousand dollars on this product, I expected to get something I could keep for a long time. Instead, now I have something I’m going to try to sell to the next renter, because that would mean taking apart all of my necessary additional structural reinforcements.
3. After Christmas, NHS dropped the price by 60%: this more accurately reflects the quality and also goes to show that they were trying to make easy money off of the holiday. Well, they successfully took advantage of this new customer who was unaware of the reality of their products.
4. The furniture is not structurally sound. Even if it weren’t warped, it would still rock, shudder, and shift due to the design itself. My father had to add a cross bar across the bottom and bolt the stairs to the bed in order to keep it from falling over like Davinci’s Cradle.
After these adjustments, I’m now happy with the bed, but I didn’t pay for such an extensive DIY project. I’m very disappointed in their product."
"This dresser is simply beautiful. It is exactly what I have been looking for and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I think it's worth noting the photos show a more Gray than they are, it's more of a Gray/brown. I saw some comment saying it took 6 hours to put together, I'm not quite sure how that's even possible. We purchased two of these dressers, the first was done in 2 hours and the second took just over an hour since I knew what I was doing by then."

I saw the table lamp at my sister place it's look absolutely gorgeous. I fell in love with this piece and started looking up online. Most of the places were I found this out of stock of the item and I was disappointed until I landed on nationalfurnituresupply.com. Not only was it in stock but also at reasonable price. I immediately call these guy to verify that the item was actually in stock. They confirm the stock that is and told me it could be ship in 4 to 5 business days.
I received this piece in perfect condition and it's now sitting on my server in dining room. Lot of my friends have complimented me on this beautiful piece so far.

were very upfront about the fact that yes the item is out of stock everywhere because the manufacturer does not have it.
They were quick to call the manufacturer and tell me that the estimated time of arrival of my bed set. It was my call then.
It was a big purchase and I had purchased anything from them before so I was skeptical. I looked around and read a lot of reviews.
I would say the feeling was mixed from customers. Some people had extremely good reviews and some people had very negative.
I placed the order 3 weeks ago and waited until the date of arrival of furniture. One day we got an email from the company that our
furniture had shipped. I checked with the shipped company's site and the shipment was moving. I had my fingers crossed. In the meanwhile my
wife had talked to couple of their agents and they told us that so far everything looked good.
I got a call from shipping company 2 days to schedule a delivery appointment. I work so I was not available on weekdays. The shipping
company did not deliver on after office hours. My wife had to take half a day off. The driver around 10:30am. She was able to inspect all
the pieces. Apart from the minor dents on the box, everything looks good. I cam back home and installed the pieces with my wife and kids.
They look amazing.
Finally I'm happy with this purchase. It saved me $350 from the local store in my area. This was first furniture purchase online. Hope it

"Wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased!! I also purchased something just under $200 and immediately got a notice that a shipping label was created, therefore my CC was charged. Weeks passed and nothing received, again nothing received, still waiting, nothing received. Then when I checked it said it was backordered. After waiting over a month I called and whoever answered got woken up and just said "hello" which was my first alarm. When I asked what company he worked for, he didn't know what to answer. He finally answered 'Oh! dholo'. He wanted my credit card number, which I didn't give him & then asked to speak to his supervisor. He then apologized that he really meant order number. His 'supervisor' sounded like he was maybe his room-mate. Anyway, they did credit my CC on file, so hopefully it will actually happen. If I would have never approached it - they would have my money and I would be OUT."
"Made a purchase via credit card on the On-Line Store and immediately received a order confirmation with a zero balance. 9 days later called to check status of the order and they stated it had not been paid for. They had an error with the online ordering processing and made it appear as if it was the customers fault. No apologies...just an aggressive, argumentative owner with a mafia bully mentality. Read reviews and stay away from the crooks from the Bronx...what honest business would argue with a new customer trying to spend over $500 with your establishment. Again...did I say horrible!!!"
