"I placed my order on June 7th. But the tracking was not valid, after 10 days I had to email them about my order. They were wrote me back that the order has been misplaced. And I need to wait two more weeks to file a claim. Now I am worried about the products, if they will be authentic or fake as cheap.

"I just received my first shipment from My Perfume Samples.. Shipping took about a week from date of order placement and I couldnt be happier.
Being able to purchase a 5ml atomizer of a new scent I have been liking, helps me to decide whether I want to invest in a $220.00 bottle of my current favorite designer's offering.
I purchased 3 different scents ( for a total of 6 bottles) for under 100 dollars .
I was super happy with the experience and will be a loyal customer as well as letting others know this site exists. "

"I've ordered from this company three times. Two of the times they sent incorrect samples, but both times they replaced them promptly as soon as I emailed them to tell them of the error. All three times the samples were sent very soon after I had placed the order and arrived well packed with no breakages or leaking as reported by other reviewers. It was annoying that two out of three orders had errors but I will order again given that they solved the problem without any argument."
"Was first time I place order with them, upon checking status of my order it wS still pending so I emailed support and after 3 days they replied that they haven't received my check yet and they will ship once my check clears the bank. I'm ok with this if I had paid with check, I made payment with credit card and it cleared my bank it usually in their bank in 24 hrs or so. Today is the 9th of March and order still not shipped and no one answer the phone. This is the WORST company to do business with. I will never use them again. If there was zero stars I will give them minus zero. Poor customer service plus their English suck. "

"I recently ordered from myperfumesamples.com. I received an email from them stating that any order over $25 would automatically have some samples added.So I decided I would try it out. I knew that in the end I would be paying more for my fragrances, but I liked the idea that I would have a variety without paying a ton of money. When I got my order there were no fee samples included. So I contacted them about the issue. They told me that I must have deleted our from my order. Which was not the case, and I let them know that fact as well. They sent me another email saying that it automatically gets added, and I would've had to have deleted it. But it wasn't ever added to my cat in the first place. I noticed this before submitting my order, but I just thought maybe they just throw the samples in with the shipment. Well, they told me that because I didn't contact them before my order was shipped there is nothing they can do. I feel like I was ripped off. I didn't get something I was entitled to and it was their error, not mine. I will not be purchasing from them in the future. You pay more, and they cannot be trusted to fix any issues that may occur. Another thing is, I have a could bottles that have started leaking. I haven't had them long enough to know if it will really be a problem. But I would rather go to overstock.com or another retailer and get a full bottle at a better value, even though I will be shelling out more total in the end."

I'm shocked by @powdernose's negative review. Many of my personal friends (and online acquaintances) have been regularly purchasing from this site and have never had a single problem. I usually order a combination of glass vials and spray atomizers which allow me the opportunity to sample products I would find in a department store for a fraction of the price. And the products have always been sealed and in perfect condition. It sounds like the negative review is most likely from a struggling competitor who has no choice but to try to smear this company's reputation. Again, Myperfumesamples is highly recommended in my book and I look forward to remaining a loyal customer for many years to come!"
"My experience with the company is very bad.
I ordered two sets of samples and had the eventual problem with a couple of items from both sets of leaking/evaporating samples. I ended up with 5 empty bottles and a couple that dwindled and continue to dwindle significantly.
On contacting them what was most irritating was receiving stock replies.
I pressed and pressed and kept getting the same replies. I even got a phone call from a Diana Felix who was extremely rude and accusatory.
"Our policy states that all defect/damage orders must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery." Is a reply that was repeated ad nauseum. As were the suggestions of improper storage.
I replied every inquiry they had, what at times felt more like an interrogation, whilst they were never able or willing to answer my questions: If I have over one hundred samples all stored in the same manner, then how come this has only ever happened to your samples, and not only your samples but only a subset of them whilst all others are still okay.
So clearly a case of faulty products! I'm bitterly disappointed in the lack of support and the accusatory and rude manner that replies were given. Apparently they issued me a merchandise credit. One I fail to see listed, one they never further specified despite my inquiries, and one that was so utterly insufficient not even covering half of the damage and lacking any shipping costs. Surely I'll never use them again, even if the so called credit exists. Why would I incur shipping costs for a product that in all likeliness will again be faulty.
My advice is to avoid using this company!"
