Terrible Would NOT Recommend

"This company **** customer services **** and can not speak to an actual person. Submitted a ticket with my complaint I only received 1 sample out of 3. I asked for my other 2 samples or money back and a week later still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This website ****... I would Never Recomend using it..."

Nothing in the mail

"Ordered my samples Feb 21,2019 and as of yet have not received my order. On my account page it says complete and they also provide a USPS tracking number which it takes me to the USPS page and it only shows that the shipping label has been made. I submitted a ticket to their help desk on March 1 and to this day March 5 it shows open and no response from them. I am disputing my charges with my bank now, stay away from this place. BUYER BEWARE!"

Never ordering from them AGAIN!!!

"By far the worst experience I have had with an online company EVER!!! I ordered 3 samples on December 15th of 2018. Then I noticed on my account on the site that there was a shipping label and it was made on the December 19th for my order. So I was thinking that I'll have my samples soon..............Wrong. That shipping label was there for days and days. So contacted them on their site on the progress of my order and got no feedback from them at all. I tried to contact them in early January and still no answer.

I never had to deal with a online company like this before so the next thing I did was send a complaint to the BBB, the Attorney General of California (that is where their company Blueberry Corporation is located) and Paypal (to get a refund). Then I suddenly get a email from them (3 days after I filed a complaint with Paypal) stating that my order was on it's way lol (which did come 5 days later).

Total scam

"I ordered two samples, received one. Order is marked complete and they flat out refuse to respond to emails. Don't bother trying to call because all you get is a recording that tells you to leave your name, number, and order number, except it won't let you leave them. Just crooks. And what they send you isn't the real thing anyway."

Received partial order with the wrong item

"I only received 6 of the 11 items I ordered and one of them was incorrect. I checked my order status on their website and it said "complete". PayPal notified me that a partial refund was attempted, but their bank stopped it. Their customer service number gives a recording telling you to find answers on their website, with out giving you a chance to speak to a representative.
I typed a message on their "contact us" section, but never received a response. I have no other way of contacting them other than typing a message that no one responds to. I will have to contact PayPal about this.

Worst customer service EVER! They do not care about you.

"I ordered a sample cologne December 20, 2018. I wanted it to arrive for Christmas so I paid the extra $8.95 for 2 day priority shipping. I kept waiting for an email to let me know my item had shipped but nothing....for days...so I logged in and checked my account with them. It stated a shipping label had been created and that's how it sat for a couple more days. I then tried calling them and left a message and I also made contact through their customer service on their website. Nothing, they would not reply back. Finally, AFTER Christmas I log on and see that my product had been sent. I sent them a message stating that I wanted my priority shipping fee refunded. No response still. I finally received my product, only it wasn't what I ordered. I made contact again through their website telling them I received the wrong sample and sent pics to prove it. After a few days I finally get a response saying that they will put in a request to have my extra shipping fee refunded and that a new and correct sample would be sent out. I waited another 2 weeks for the correct sample, it never came. They did refund my account for the shipping but I had to get my bank involved to recover the cost of the product I never received. Completely baffled with this company. I took my business to Luckyscent.com...perfect buying experience."

Still waiting!

"I've ordered in the past with no issues. I received my orders in a reasonable amount of time.
I placed my current order on December 28th. On January 9th the pre-shipment information was sent to USPS. I've contacted the company several times. I receive automated responses but no order or explanation. I can't even leave a voice mail. The greeting just repeats and then disconnects. I haven't yet reported the company to anyone because their service was good in the past and I keep hoping this issue will be resolved and I'll receive my order. Will wait a few more days and see what happens.

I received my order today, minus one sample. I made out a help ticket for the missing sample. If they respond quickly, I'll consider ordering again.

"I ordered and paid for 2 perfume samples December 18, 2018, and did not receive my order until January 1, 2019. Blueberry Corporation sent a refund of 2.69 back to my PayPal. When I did get my order it only had one sample in it. I paid $2.99 for the sample I did not receive, yet they only gave me back $2.69. While waiting, I sent them 4 messages enquiring about the delay which they never responded. I will not purchase from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone. You know, $ .30 cents adds up to quite a lot when you think of all the customers they have done this to. Most people just let it slide and don't say anything."

Not what I was expecting

"First of all, I only received my item, because I reported them to PayPAL and told PAYPAL I no longer wanted it. Miraculously it came in 5 days later. Total time to receive order 6 weeks! No correspondence from the company explaining where my order was. The tracking number they provided was stuck in pre-shipment for 5 weeks. The sample vials 1m are smaller than samples you get at the store. They are in after market containers, which it does state on their website. I must have misunderstood, because it states 100% authentic products. DO NOT order from this company. They do not accept returns. I wasted $32.00 for a box of garbage! "

Awful

"I regret purchasing from this company so much. I honestly don't even know if it's a real company or a scam at this point. Their website brags about their customer support and safe shopping guarantee however I don't think they even have customer support because no one has responded to the mutiple emails I've sent over the course of a month. They lied about my order being complete, gave me a tracking number that states they never dropped my package off with USPS and refuse to respond to my questions as to where my order is. They are frauds and once they have your money it's impossible to get it back."

"Order didn’t ship for over a month and when I got it, it was incomplete. No response from the company. Complete garbage. Do NOT order from this company unless you want to flush your money down the toilet. "
