"I've ordered 2015 2017 2018 and now 2019 this order was $153 and a label was created and order says complete but USPS doesn't show anything has shipped. "Ordered three perfume samples totaling $79.84 on Feb 17, 2019. They shipped one of the three on Feb 20, 2019 but charged my credit card for the amount of the full order. Price of the sample mailed was $13.95 so there is $65.89 of remaining product owed to me. Emailed repeatedly asking about the other two samples and received no reply. Phone number on their website is not answered.
As you can tell from the other reviews, this happens repeatedly and this is clearly a fraudulent enterprise -- don't even think about placing an order with these crooks."
"I placed an order for samples of 6 different perfumes Feb 2nd, 2019. I received an email with the text below:
"An item in your order is temporarily out of stock. We will ship your order on or before February 20, 2019. If you would like to change or cancel the item please contact customer service as soon as possible at ****@**** or respond to this support ticket."
I responded to that email on 3 separate occasions, one of them was asking about what sample exactly that's out of stock, no reply. Then they sent me 3 of the samples I ordered and marked the order as "complete" on their website. One of the vials wasn't even titled. On the packing list I received with the 3 samples, they hand-marked the ones that weren't delivered with that order and wrote that they'd be shipped separately, to this day, I have yet to receive those remaining samples.
Since they weren't responding to my replies, I went to their website and contacted their customer service from there, they replied:
"Sorry for the inconvenience and I have checked on your order and we have a a new vendor and it has been taking longer than normal for some of the stock to get refilled. I see your missing items will be in by Monday and will be shipped asap after that. Again we apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience."
This was Feb 21st, 2019. I replied that I want what I paid for the remaining samples refunded and they didn't reply. Mar 2nd, I sent another message through their website and they have never responded.
Although I lost the money I paid for those 3 samples, I'm so glad I didn't order and pay more. What a huge scam!"
"Like many people I wanted to try some samples. Thankfully, I ordered less than $20 worth because I received less than half my order. It also took a long time to receive my order. I contacted customer service the same day of receipt via the website and politely provided all relevant information. Despite the website saying it cares about customers and will respond promptly to concerns, I have yet to receive any response and that was 6 weeks ago. I sent a second complaint several days ago. Still, nothing. Just don't even bother ordering from this company. It's borderline, a scam. Wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered. Live and learn. Not a bad idea though to report them to the FTC. It's time for consumers to shut down this joke of a business. On a side note, this review won't let me fix the purchase date for some reason. It says 4/9/19, which is the date I left this review. The actual purchase date was 2/25/19"
"I've also had the same experience as others. I bought a sample back in February and now it's April and I have no sample even though they said the order was "complete." I did some research and finally went through paypal to try to get my money back and my message was then sent to the "blueberry corporation" which is who owns the myperfumesamples site. Everyone needs to try to complain or get their money back if they purchased through paypal. It's a shame this site is scamming everyone. If you've never bought anything from myperfumesamples.com before, DON'T!"
