"Montway is an unethical business. They engage in bait-and-switch tactics in which they entice you with a low bid, then refuse to honor the bid and instead demand more money. They gave me a bid that I accepted, then demanded additional funds, and unilaterally canceled the contract when I requested that they honor their bid. Their bids cannot be trusted as they will not honor them."
"Had a great service from Montway. Picked up car in a day and delivered in two days. Initial discussion with team they told it might take around 5 to 10 days. But with in 3 days they were manage to deliver the vehicle without any issue. Thanks Montway Auto Transport for the great service"

"Car was picked up and delivered without any damage, being the most important thing. Delivery date varied over three days which is a hassle but also expected because truck drivers face many obstacles when driving through traffic, weather, etc. Overall pleased with my service from Montway. "
"They are excellent with taking your order. Then you get a note about the day your car will be picked up and the day it will be delivered. We then called them and got no help. Information on the trucker and their contact information was wrong. I asked if we should get a call from the trucker the day before so we would know about what time the car would be picked up. Their person explained that more than likely the truck would break down so it may be the next day. This is before I told them who I was. Thankfully the trucker called me at 6PM on the day it was to be picked up and was great the rest of the way. That was on a Friday night. Montway called Monday morning and was following up if the car got picked up.... Trucker again was great on the florida delivery. "

"I bid out my request to transport a vehicle from Michigan to Florida and Montway beat them all by at least $100.00. I was a little worried because they came in lower than the others but after reading the reviews about them I decided to give them a chance. They communicated very well with me through the entire process. I gave them the earliest date they could pick it up and they had a driver named within two days of that date. They kept me informed of where my vehicle was whenever I asked and it was delivered on the date they promised. The driver was a really great guy and was careful and efficient in unloading my vehicle. All the paperwork was in order and we reviewed every inch of the car for any damage or scratches, of which there were none. Thank you Montway for a great experience. I will recommend you to others that need a vehicle transported. "

"Fabulous service and follow through by all members of the Montway team and our assigned driver from JLS Express Transportation Services. The entire process was performed professionally, with attention to detail and care of our vehicle. All of our questions were answered quickly and courteousl by all members of the Montway team and the JLS driver. Contact throughout the entire process was maintained via phone, text and emails with Montway and by phone and text with the JLS driver. All target date were met within the precribed parameters of the contract. Except the delivery. That was accomplished ahead of schedule, which was a very pleasant surprise considering the distance traveled and the advserse weather conditions the driver expereinced during his trip from Durham, NH to our delivery location outside of Santa Barbara, CA. In closing. We are very pleased with our Montway and JLS Transport experience. If we need another East-West transport in the future, Montway is the company we will call. Great work to all!! "

Our car was safely tightened down on the truck, pics were taken to assure us car would arrive exactly as taken. We received car before scheduled date.
