"The first company I tried took my money, and charged me an additional $300. They also told me they were the best and the cheapest out there and there was no need to look further. When I searched the reviews on the BBB I became worried. I called to see why a driver didn’t call me back like I was promised, but nobody answered the phone. It was hard to reach someone after my money was taken from my card. Then I was treated with disrespect by the Internet person. It wasn’t until I said I was calling an attorney and reporting then to the BBB that I received all my money back. They were rated an F by the BBB. I went online to get a quote and to read the reviews about Montway, and someone emailed me immediately. I told them what happened and they assured me they’d take great care of me. They also told me to check their ratings by the BBB and they were 100 percent right by everything they said. Montway Auto Transportation Company provided great customer service, and my truck was picked up on the same day I called to make reservations. The driver was very nice, courteous, and professional. He took pictures of my truck, and gave me a receipt. My truck made it to my hometown safe, with no scratches, or damages. I picked up my truck just the way I dropped it off to the drover. Their previous online ratings and customer reviews are exactly what it says…RELIABLE and TRUSTWORTHY!!!!! If I had to do it all over again Montway is the company I’d go with no doubt!!!!

Got a quote set up & could book my pick-up date for the car well early in advance. The driver Brandon called me an hour before pick up & he talked me through the process & I watched him secure my car safely for transportation. My pick day was Tuesday & it got delivered on Thursday to my new apartment. Had a great experience the first time & will recommend to friends/family in the future for car transportation needs

"Moved my car from TX to MI. Great rates. Took 5 days to pickup. But, everything was communicated clearly. Any time, it is easy to reach them via their chat online which connects us to real agents (not chat bots). They have accurate information at all stages. Gave me truck drivers details to connect with directly also. Only issue was that the condition of the truck that came for pickup did not look great - rusted platform, broken ramp. Had me worried. But in the end, all was safe. They also let us pack 100lbs for free in the vehicle. Would definitely recommend."

"This is the second time we’ve used Montway. They delivered our son’s car across the country to college. The car was delivered in perfect condition. They gave us a window when car would be picked up- no earlier than August 12. They came on the 13th. We needed the car in LA on the 21st which was the day after he arrived by plane. They couldn’t guarantee it, but it arrived on that exact day. If we need this service again we’ll use Montway. Four stars only because they couldn’t give precise pickup and delivery dates so we had to be flexible. Otherwise it would have been five. BTW, we drove the car to meet their truck a few miles from our house. "

"Called on a Friday to setup pickup. Truck was picked up the next Tuesday and was delivered the Saturday of same week. Driver was offering to deliver on Friday but said it’s going to be dark so maybe wait to have a better inspection. Price was cheap and locked. It did not change once it was dispatched to a driver. Just awesome!!!"
