I spoke with there customer service department at 10:00 a.m. - the replacement monitor was dropped off at my house at 9:45 a.m. - THE NEXT DAY! "Very positive online shopping experience. I ordered a Cornerstone P2450 19" monitor on a Thursday afternoon. Much to my surprise, it arrived Friday afternoon at my house here in Virginia. Most places don't even get it shipped out of the warehouse in that time.
While it has not been connected but for a few hours now, the Cornerstone seems to live up to its reputation.
The only drawback was that the drivers were not included with the software CD, and I had to download from the Cornerstone site. No real problem.
