"I ordered a cable set for an old PSU (OCZX1250W) whose original manufacturer is now defunct. In the final stage of the order, you may make comments or instructions about custom sleeve/connector/comb colors and special sleeve lengths for individual cables.

I had some questions, so I used the "contact us" button and they promptly (within 5 minutes) responded to my email and addressed all of my questions directly.

A few months later I needed a new cable made, but I wanted it to match my previous order, so I emailed them again and they not only sent me a link to the exact product that I should order to get the cable I wanted but they also said just to reference the original order number in the description and that they would be sure to make a new cable to the identical spec of the previous order.

These are the only people who are even selling cables for my old PSU, they did excellent work with the original set I bought, they arrived a little bit late (this was explained to me as the cable engineer had a death in the family, and I refuse to complain about that) but in excellent condition. Not only AM I buying from them again, but I would buy from them again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone who has a difficult time finding the correct modular cables for their PSU.

"Ordered a pair of cables marked "in stock, usually ships withing 24 hours" on June 29th. Asked via e-mail why I had not received notice of shipping after 5 days (no response), took 9 days and filing a Paypal dispute to get a response....which amounted to a boilerplate, "it is delayed, we will ship it as soon as we can." Told them that was unacceptable and started to post reviews. THAT got their attention... if not actually shipping the item, which did not go from "packing" to "shipped" until July 13th. Then they offered to give me a refund IF I DELETED NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I refused. Got the refund anyway (thanks to Paypal pressure).....and discovered that instead of "Speedpost" or "registered air mail" as their website advertises, they had shipped it by surface transport. Yes, in the words of the old joke, my package was on a slow boat from China... Maybe it will get to me sometime next month... Long, long after I needed it.
