"I ordered a wiikey2 presoldered to a clip from modchip.ca and the shipment was very fast. The order was placed just before New Year's Eve and, despite the holdiday, the package arrived in less than one week. The clip did not work, but Chris (an employee of modchip.ca) walked me through soldering the chip to the wii myself. He gave me many options such as sending my wii in to have the chip soldered directly on and also gave me the option to send the chip and clip back to be tested and replaced if faulty. I chose to solder the chip myself and now everything works great. Ultimately, I can't believe how great the customer service was. Modchip.ca really backs their product and if you have any problems they won't leave you in the dust. I had to send the clip back because it had to be removed so that the chip could be directly soldered to the wii. Chris said that it is extremely rare for a chip or clip to have technical problems. Since the wiikey is now working great, he agreed to refund the money for the clip as long as we send it back to him. I would recommend ordering the wiikey2 with the clip because it is much more simple than soldering. Soldering takes hours to learn and you must practice several times before you actually solder the chip to your wii. I will definately order from them again because I know I can trust them with any product I order. The extra money that you pay for the chip and clip are totally worth it because they are a trust worthy company that sells good products. I would never go with any other company. "
