"I could not have possibly asked for a smoother transaction with modchip.ca. I bought a pre-modified PSTwo after reading glowing reviews of modchip.ca on this and other websites. Nonetheless, I went into the transaction with some anxiety, knowing full well how many illegitimate websites there are dealing with these sorts of goods. I was not disappointed however. I immediately received a confirmation notice through their easy to navigate website, and a tracking number. I used the tracking number at some point to check the status of my item and found it had been "returned to sender" (this was in fact not the case). I contacted customer service to find out if this was what had happened, and was met with a prompt and polite reply explaining that the item had not actually been "returned to sender". I received my item the next day. The time from the date I made my purchase to when I received my item was only 7 days (and that was just with *standard* shipping). All in all, my experience with modchip.ca was as easy and satisfying as online shopping can possibly be."
