"Horrible. I have never had this much trouble ordering anything before.
Made order for R4DS on May 18th. They say they are shipping it airmail with no tracking number and that it will take up to 15 business days. My card will be billed under another company name (Icombuy.com)
E-mailed them June 6th saying I haven't received my order.
June 10th I get a response that several people have e-mailed them sating that their R4DS hasn't com in.
June 13th they say they will fix things and reship next week.
June 22nd I send another e-mail asking about the reship.
June 24th they say they are waiting for the packages to return so they can then reship them.
Do not do business with this company, it is sketchy as hell."

"I ordered a PS-X-Change disc from this company on March 20, 2009. The company charged my credit card for the disc on March 24, 2009 but never shipped the product. I contacted their customer service numerous times and always got a response back(usually after 3 to 5 days had passed) from some clown named Mel.

First, Mel claimed my order had shipped and I would receive it soon. I asked him for tracking information, but he never provided it. A week passed and it never arrived so I contact Mel again, this time he tells me it didn't ship and promises to refund my money. A week later there is no refund, so I contact Mel again and he says he'll personally process the refund.

Another week passes and no refund has been made, but the status of my order has been changed to "failed". I contact Mel yet again, this time he says he'll mail me a check for my refund. It's been a month since he made the promise and still no check has arrived.

If I were you I'd avoid this company entirely. Do not place any orders with them or you'll regret it. I've filed fraud charges against them in the district court where I live, I urge you to do the same if these idiots have also ripped you off."

"This site is a complete ripoff. I placed my order Jan 20th, 2009. It's now May and I still have not received my order. In the beginning when I emailed to ask about my order, some jerk from their "orders" dept named Jim replied and said they had problems with the Canada shipping company and they lost a bunch of orders. He said they will reship my package. After waiting another month, I asked again, but was told that they will resend again. Now, they won't even reply my emails anymore. BUNCH OF FREAKING SCUMBAGS!!! "I purchased a breaker pro for psx/ps2 and after waiting 1 month, i was told by customer service, i did not specify which ps2 system i had. when i did, another 3 weeks went by and what i received was a tossed together mess consisting of one disk that said game player and a slider tool and spring hardware in a clear plastic wrapped black dvd case that was clearly not a original breaker pro.upon down loading instructions off the internet not provided, the disk crashed on both my psx and ps2 and never loaded. upon looking low and behold it was already scratched and did not work. i gave this company 3 months and was disgusted with what i received. after reading many scathing reviews against them, i am not gonna waste my time attempting to get someone on the phone to explain why they sent me crap for my money. This store is a god damned disgrace and is run like a madoff ponzi scheme. i gave them my money , more than enough tiem and patiance and got garbage and frustration in return. rest assured i am going to use modchip.ca for any other items as they come highly recommended. And also be sure i will take my loss of money as a lesson not to use this store or their cheap obviously used products which will be depositied in the nearest trash bin from whence it came. Here's hoping i see them shut down for fraud in the near future. I dare some jerk form that company to answer this review and say i did something wrong.
