Their website says shipping may take up to 15 days, but my order has not shipped yet. I should also note that when they charged my credit card they used a different name. I've sent several emails to both companies, with no response from either. I will give them a couple more days to respond before I cancel the charge through my credit card."

I follow the reviewer dhmdo20's suggestion. Let them know I'll file complaint and I get my credit card refund number next day.
For anyone who wants your money back, go to ModChipStore Web site & go to the shipping Info page, http://www.modchipstore.com/customer/help.php?section=shipping, and image the Back Order Policy. You can find the words "Your credit card will be Authorized Only, and actually Charged (Captured) once your item is in stock and ready to ship."

It's now March 5th and still no sign of the chip. They've stopped replying to my emails and phone calls altogether. "They are truly horrible. I waited 2 months and did not receive anything. I filed a complaint with www.ic3.gov and my local authorities. I emailed them that I was pursuing this matter further and filed a fraud complaint and within the next 10 minutes I get a email back with my refund.
