If there are too many "dissatisfied" or even "somewhat dissatisfied" comments, I will usually pass. This retailer does not have many review, or much in the way of recent history. "I was hesitant at first seeing the not-so-impressive rating given so far for this online store. But I took the plunge anyway, since they carry the particular items I wanted to buy. They did not disappoint me. An order I placed (HBH-DS205) was confirmed and shipped the same day (Friday). That same day, they dropped the price on another item (C702i) I've been considering to buy as well. I went ahead and placed the new order after seeing how fast they process an order.
Guess what? The first item I ordered arrived early Monday morning via USPS. I was very satisfied with the speed of the store's cheapest shipping option.
By the way, a day before, I had to call my CC company because I found out they had to put a security hold on my card because of suspicious pattern of using the card for online purchases (note that my 2 orders from MobileCityOnline were less than 24 hours apart). I had to call the store that Monday to re-confirm my order.
It was no longer a suprise when they shipped my 2nd order that same day, and got it yesterday (Thursday).
I will surely buy from them again!"
"No Problems. Phone was shipped within the specified time frame. I haven't dealt with customer service, so I can't rate that. But the process went smooth. I would buy from them again. It mentions on their website that there is warranty on the phones they sell; so I would deduce that they're not oversea phones. But I don't know for sure. One thing I know is that a lot of other cell phones sellers do not give you a warranty because they're oversea phones."

"Customer service is terrible. I ordered a phone on the 21st which is MLK day so I figured that by the end of the 22nd that they would have it shipped so I can get it 2 business days after I ordered it because I paid for 2 day shipping but for some reason because I used a different address from my credit cards billing address they couldn't verify in time to get it shipped the same day. So basically they are very slow at processing your order and they have already charged my credit card even though they haven't shipped my phone yet. I also called 4 times throughout the day to make sure that they would ship it and every time the customer service worker would say that it should be sent in the next half hour or so but even after they closed at 6pm est I checked and it was still pending for no reason. Would definitely NOT order from mobilecityonline ever again."

I think this was the fault of USPS, not of MobileCityOnline, as I looked at their confirmation email and they had my address correct, but an annoyance nonetheless. I would order from them again."
"Placed an order for a Samsung T809, travel charger, and Bluetooth ear piece. First, they had problems running my credit card. I have no idea why, but they did. I had to call their office FOUR times to get the girl to finally run the card, instead of her regular response "I'll get to it soon." She didn't do her job properly, so I missed the 2PM deadline for same-day delivery. I still paid $28 for next-day shipping, so I checked the order online when I got home from work. The order is now CANCELED, with no explanation why. Their web site still shows the item for sale. These people are a JOKE and scammers.
