"My solar photo voltaic installer recommended the Intelliflo variable pool
pump to save monthly electricity costs. I found your company at Amazon.com, exactly where Ron Romero told me to look. I ordered from
Magnolia Pools online, got confirmation of my order, confirmation when
shipped, and the pump arrived in Honolulu as anticipated. Haven't

installed the pump yet, but expect to call Magnolia if i have any

"So far very pleased with the service. My pump arrived so quickly, my husband is sure they must have had it on the truck just waiting for us to order it. The website was easy to understand and find the products. Prices are the best we have found. We were able to track our shipment, although it arrived 5 days prior to the expected date of delivery."

"Prices are great!
Service is good but could be so much better. They get the job done, but as a customer you’re left “wondering” where you are in the process as they don’t call you back in a timely fashion. Not sure if they are understaffed or just like many companies everyone is multitasking. This is great for keeping the prices low but frustrating at time for the consumer.

"It hasn't been installed yet so this review is only on Pricing, the purchase experience, and on shipment.

Overall I'm pleased, and the people I called were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The pricing was very competitive, and I am value concious (meaning I care about both) consumer.

I do have a few suggestions:

1)
Your site advertises a 5% off coupon when you join your club. But it fails to disclose that it takes a few days to get that coupon, or that it cannot be used on things like a pool pump. When you finally get the coupon that is disclosed. You really do need to fix that, it's rather misleading and I'm sure many consumers would be far less forgiving than I...

2)
It makes sense that for an expensive pool pump you'd want a signature at delivery. That's a pretty good practice to prevent fraud. I would encourage you to update your online checkout process to make it clear when/if a signature will be required, and if you will allow the purchaser to ship to a different address (like their office). Luckily for me, this impact was minor as FedEx's 2nd attempt was on a Saturday while I was home. However, since FedEx required a signature "at time of delivery" (meaning they wouldn't even give the option to sign the form, and have it left at the door or at a neighbor...) this could really inconvenience some. Again, communication and notice are key. I don't mind your policy, you should just make that known up front.
