"This was my 1st purchase from magnolia. I ran across by accident online, after checking pricing on the cleaner I was looking for, I couldn't believe it. I called a dealer that I have used several times in the past and ask if they could match the price Magnolia was offering, they went as far as pulling up the site themselves. I was told they couldn't match and that I had found a deal. The shipment was on the day I was promised and everything is Great. Guess who my new pool supplier will be! MAGNOLIA POOL SUPPLY:-)"

"What a refreshing business transaction. Needing to find a swimming pool pump in a hurry, I checked with a pool cleaner and he said Pentair was the best and to look for a price in a certain range. When I saw Magnolia's price I was "sold." Within 24 hours I had my pump in hand. Unbelievable. I told this all to my pool cleaner and he was blown away and said he would have to "check them out."

"I ordered a pool heater from Magnoliapools.com on May 9th. It arrived yesterday on May 16th just as I ordered. It was in perfect shape, no damage at all to the shipping container. "Ordered the Hayward Ecostar pump from Magnolia because I liked that everytime I called them, I got a person who was more than willing to answer questions, help with technical advice, etc. I ended up recommending them to 4 others who also bought the same pump. I wonder if I should get some kind of a kick-back ;)"

"I had a great shopping experience with Magnolia, and can't say enough good things about them and the way they helped me.

My pool man of the last 12 years told me recently that the Purex Triton MiniMax 400 pool heater in my old home up north (now rented out) couldn't be fixed and had to be replaced (for $4,300) because rodents had destroyed the wiring.

My handyman husband read some "How To" articles about pool heater installations and decided he could do the job, so we ordered a Hayward heater from Magnolia for a great price and they delivered to my old house in just four days.

We drove the 180 miles to my old house and my husband started to dismantle the old heater to take it to the dump. "Hey," he said, "the wires in here all look fine, and the rest of the heater looks to be in good shape, too." He turned on the power to the pump and heater. "But the pressure light on the heater's control panel isn't coming on." He tested the pressure switch. We needed to a new one.

We didn't need a new heater. With just a new pressure switch, the old one is now working fine.

So we loaded the Hayward into our SUV and drove home, feeling very used by our pool man and disappointed in humanity, and also apprehensive about the hassle we might get trying to return the unneeded Hayward heater to Magnolia.

There was NO HASSLE. We called our salesman Josh at Magnolia and told him what had happened. He couldn't have been nicer. He said if we dropped the heater off, Magnolia would refund us our money, less the shipping cost and the 10% American Express would be charging Magnolia for charging and then refunding our card. Since none of the problem or need for a return was Magnolia's fault, this was more than fair, and we were delighted.

We dropped the heater off at Magnolia's Riverside location, had a nice chat with Josh, checked out the large store and its products for future shopping reference, and went home feeling better about humanity.
