"Magnolia shipped the product as indicated and all was good. I was not happy with the product we purchased and learned that once a product was opened, there is no exchange or refund. I would recommend magnolia but be sure you know the return policy and consider your purchases accordingly. Our purchase was a polaris 9300 which is not a very good pool cleaner. We asked to exchange and were unable."

"I found Magnolia Pools experience to be a positive one so far...That being said, I had signed up as one of their "VIP Customers" & was offered a 5% discount on my next order(they did exclude heaters, pumps & filters). When I went to use the discount code it wouldn't work & I was unable to receive the discount on my Zodiac pool cleaner that I was ordering online. When I called customer service to find out why the code didn't work I was told that they already had the lowest price on this item(which they did)& they were not able to discount it any further..I also asked them for their Zodiac Dealer number that the online Rebate certificate requested, & I was told that this was not needed. I will submit this rebate without this number(just Magnolia Pools as Dealer name) & will see if I am successful in obtaining the $50 rebate from Zodiac. I will update this review after I receive my rebate(6-8 weeks).

Grey Frandsen CEO/Owner of Magnolia Pool emailed me immediately following my posting this review to respond to my concerns & offered me the 5% discount to my purchase(even thou it was considered a special)& also he provided me with Magnolia's Zodiac Dealer #. I found his honesty,quick response & taking action for any misunderstandings, to be almost unheard of in today's business climate! I will continue to shop online at Magnolia's website, & I will also refer everyone that I come in contact with needing pool or spa supplies to shop at Magnolia Pool..nothing but 5 stars from a very impressed consumer!!!"
