"I placed my order 10 days ago. I hadn't received the item nor heared from MRO Center Customer Service. So, I contacted them through Live Chat. I learned that the item I ordered is on backorder and is scheduled to ship to me in about two weeks. Seems like a long time to wait for a "common" item.

"MRO could not fill the order. They stated that material was on hand when order placed , but prior sale was in place. They are no longer carrying this product. I feel if you take an order you fulfill the obligation, forget this prior sale stuff, or if you only have one don't take the order."
