Plenty of accessories (shirt clip, lots of silicone ear pieces, a pair of Comply Foam Tips, carrying case), and also recieved some free jack adapters and another pair of Comply Foam Tips separately.
The IEM itself is great, nice build quality (especially the cable), the sound is well-balanced, the size of the soundstage and the instrument-separation is very good for the price range.

I know most people would be skeptical about purchasing from a company that is based in China. I would be too. However, with recommendations from Head-Fi, I decided to give it a whirl.

When I first checked out their website, it was pretty decent, it could use more work to make it look more professional. I did come across an issue with their website using Google Chrome though. Some of the website's functions could not execute properly. So I would suggest people to use Firefox.

Customer service was really good and quick. When I came across this issue, they tried to help but I already popped open Firefox and gave them feedback in return. Hopefully, they would get that fixed soon.

Delivery time was amazing. But I believe that would depend on which country they are delivering to. They were offering free fedex shipping so that would explain the overnight shipping. But the very fact that my product came really quickly and in working order, proves that they are reliable on my end. But no service is perfect. I cannot promise good service from them.

What I really liked is that a 3rd party product they were selling came with a authentication number. So you could pop onto their website(Fiio) and verify the product if it was legit or not.
