"Ordered a pair of Brainwavz M4+ because of the good reviews of the earphones. The free 2 Day Fedex shipping and the relatively cheap price of these convinced me to order these on MP4Nation.net. After 2 days, they arrived in NL, unfortunately customs kept these over the weekend, but on Monday they arrived in perfect shape and condition all the way from the other side of the globe. So far I'm very happy with these. The build quality is excellent and the sound is great, especially for that price!
A few weeks later I saw that they had a new pair of Brainwavz in stock, the M5, and I just had to order those as well (especially because of the price tag). These also came with free 2 Day Fedex shipping, and just like last time, after 2 days they arrived in NL. No problems with customs this time, so I got to enjoy these right a ways!

"This was my second purchase from MP4 Nation. The first experience, a purchase of Soundmagic E10 headphones, went okay. Postage was slower than normal, but apart from that the product was good.
My second experience was far less pleasant, and it turns out that's the one they've asked for feedback on, so here it is.
My order took an unusually long time to arrive (as per the comment from the rep, the time it took is not their fault, but by unusual I mean "it went missing for 2.5 weeks after arriving in the city where I live"), so I contacted customer service to see if they knew if anything unusual was happening.
The email they tell you to contact if you have a problem? It's a do-not-reply account, and bounces. So then I tried the chat. Online, says the status. Hahahaha, no, no it's not. We'll contact you back, it says. No, they wont. So then I contacted through the website itself. It took a few business days to get a response. It was extremely blunt. "If you haven't heard anything by the end of next week, let us know and we'll find out what's happening"
Okay. So, a week and a half later, I let them know it still wasn't there. A very short response directing me to go in person instead of emailing or calling the post office... even though I had never mentioned calling or emailing the post office, and ignoring the fact they'd said they were going to follow up if it wasn't there yet. Awesome, a form letter.

Luckily for me, the package finally arrived today. The package itself was sealed, the product had already been opened. The plastic of the right hand side earphone is already split, so I don't know if it was a returned product that they've resold. Probably won't bother to try to get a new set of headphones as a replacement, because the customer service is so poor.

Worse, based from my last positive experience I had recommended MP4 Nation to a friend. Her order is still yet to arrive. (now 35 days from her order date) So, obviously I regret recommending the store and feel it was a mistake.

TL;DR My problem is not the slow postage. My problem is the fact that I was unable to get in contact with customer service when the package went missing for 2.5 weeks, and then when I did get in contact with them, staff were not helpful."
