"I bought a pair of Brainwavz M2 earphones from MP4nation just for everyday listening after doing a bit of research - very happy with them. Nice strong bass with just a little top end sparkle, but something that makes tunes (rock & pop etc in particular) a little more alive and fun. They're not as analytical and neutral as a pair of custom moulded Minerva Mi2 I have, but then I paid a boatload for them, and didn't want analytical!

Can't argue with free shipping, and also got a free FiiO E6 amp with the order, which was a plus.

"Purchased the Brainwavz HM5 headphones. Shipping was in two phases - Hong Kong to Singapore, Singapore to India

The first phase was fast! Within India, it took a long time to reach me. Even after the delivery at my office address, the shipping company (Quantium Solutions/Ezyparcels) were clueless and were saying they are yet to ship it from another city!

While the headphone itself is good, and comes with an excellent carry case, the bundled free stand was not packed well (very little padding) and was broken in two pieces (base and stem) when I received the shipment. Not good! Is saving a little padding at the expense of reputation good?

I don't even mind the shipping delay in the second phase. But poor packaging leading to broken products cannot stand for any excuse. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase and would not greatly hesitate to recommend the store to others."

"I bought a pair of BrainWavz B2 of MP4Nation and after having them for a few months am thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the B2s themselves, and with the service from MP4Nation.
The B2s sound amazing for the price they are sold at. They are incredibly clear throughout the sound spectrum but really shine when it comes to highs. Comfort is great and the included Comply tips work wonders with fit and isolation. Build quality is okay, but given the price range I'd imagine they'd be losing money if they made them any more durable. But with a bit of care they should be fine, and the addition of a nice hard case helps a lot here.

Shipping was amazing from MP4Nation since they included free Fedex with the B2s - item arrived within 4 days to Australia which is excellent. Although if you settle for the slower shipping methods on some of the lower end goods, it can be a fair bit of a wait (3-4 weeks for Betas - but I imagine this is HK post\other post services and not directly MP4Nation). Service was excellent from MP4Nation as well: I had an issue where points weren't added for my order, and after raising a support ticket they promptly addressed the issue.

All in all, I am thoroughly impressed with MP4Nation and the products they stock, and look forward to dealing with them in future.
