"I just received my malibal satori today and all I can say is WOW.
This is actually my first laptop and it does everything my old desktop did and more! It multitasks beautifully and runs witcher 2 on high settings. I ordered and got the laptop in 4 business days thanks to rush build.

"Just received my p180hm, might i say, it is amazing, plays battlefield 3 at max settings with no lag, stays cool, gpu's will not go over 85 degrees and cpu will not go over 79 after hours of high intensity gaming.

"I originally purchased a laptop as a desktop replacement for my business in June of 2010. Ordering process was standard. Laptop came in with no issues.

Two weeks after purchasing the computer there was a video card hardware issue that resulted in the computer crashing at a consistent rate. After some initial back and forth with customer service, they sent an RMA to fix the issue. Customer Support was quite honestly horrible. After shipping the computer, no updates were provided and only after my request for where the process was, would I get an email of exactly "we can't reproduce problem still testing", this being a week after they confirmed receipt of the laptop. The RMA took 4 weeks.

Two months later the same issue came about with the same results from the RMA process. At no time did they offer to replace any hardware. On multiple occasions I would get no update on the RMA when I requested and the laptop magically showed up at my business without word from Malibal 3 weeks later.

This month a third issue came up with the same laptop resulting in my inability to get into the system or safe mode. The procedures requested from Malibal to fix the issue were the top searches for the error if searched on Google, despite my providing information saying what I have tried. Their offer of support was "You might need to reinstall windows, you definitely have a corrupted OS."

No offers to refund or completely replace the computer have been provided, and my request for a refund was denied.

I will be filing formal complaints with the BBB and other related organizations due to my experiences with this company. As a business owner myself if I provided the level of service Malibal as provided me I would not be in business very long.

I'd recommend choosing a different supplier if you're in the market for a computer.

"My husband is currently stationed in Korea, and wanted a nice computer so that he and I could play co op games together on weekends. He researched the field, found Malibal, and we decided to go with them. He's notoriously picky about his electronics. Another big plus in their favor is that they have click-to-chat. I have an anxiety disorder that makes it difficult for me to talk on the phone--their click-to-chat agents were all superb and kind, even though we complicated the order by wanting to pay with two separate cards. Their emails are prompt, informative and very professional. The military discount was also nice. It wasn't a lot, but it did mean that getting two day shipping instead of ground shipping was now within our laptop budget! Malibal is excellent, and when I decide I want a new laptop, I know exactly where we are going."

"I recently purchased a laptop through Malibal and it has been blue screening since it has arrived. It has blue screened on me a good 40+ times since it arrived. I have been in constant contact with TEC support since I have had it.(TEC support is easyily reachable and you don't have to sit on phone for hours waiting to talk to someone)I started by redownloading windows and reinstalling all the drivers. That didnt work. Then they said check the Hard drive. That came back clean. They are now saying my errors are memory related. So now I'm running memtest86 that they suggested. I came to the conclusion that all my errors came from 2 sticks of bad RAM. Every since they have been removed the computer has been running fine with no blue screens. The guys over at Malibal said they will be getting my new RAM to me shortly and I should be good to go. Overall not a bad experience. I did have moments of intense frustration but in the end it all worked out."

"There is problem with web site ordering; apparently prices are changed with some browsers. I ordered a computer and they charged my credit card, but then they said site gave wrong price. They then offered same computer at higher price. I declined and they cancelled original order. If they have a web site problem, then stop charging the credit cards. Better yet, you are a computer company; fix the problem."
