"Our builders got COVID after we’d ordered but before the flooring was delivered: it was no problem for our pallet to be held at the warehouse. We had to change our order before it was delivered when it became apparent that we would only be able to put wood down in part of our rebuild: it was no problem to change, the refund was very quick and there was trouble at all. When we had finished they accepted returns of the excess, no questions. Every time I’ve phoned nothing has been too much trouble for Leah and the team, they have made a stressful rebuild much easier. " When the flooring arrived some of the boards were damaged in the packaging but we informed luxury and they sent out another box the next day for no charge. Originally ordered a click flooring system product but it was really bad quality, it creaked and didn't lie flat at all. We sent a video of it and after luxury reviewed it they asked what we'd like as a solution. We loved the look of the floor and realised that the same flooring also came in tongue and groove so we asked if we could exchange the floor, luxury agreed and the flooring was delivered a few days later they even let us keep the existing flooring. Flooring looks great now but there was a lot of pain involved to get to the finished result. Sophie in after sales was excellent though, professional and always helpful. We love our floor now, even after all of the headaches."
