The persons that wrote the good comments must either work for this company or are family members of the ones that do work there. The shoes were late and when I opened the box and instead of leather shoes they are some flimsy fabric that cannot even pass for pleather. What person has you on hold for 1 hr and 47 minutes to tell you no refunds or exchanges after a certain date when the shoes came almost 2 months after you order them. I'll tell you what kind of company, ONES THAT ARE ON THE PHONE ALL DAY LONG TRYING TO EXPLAIN DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMERS THAT WANT THEIR MONEY BACK FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT AS PICTURED OR PERSONS RECEIVING FAULTY PRODUCTS. I pray that everyone can read this comment and hopefully put these kinds of fraudulent, cheap, misleading manufacturing business out of business. I ordered two pair of shoes from these thieves but the have taken advantage of the wrong one. My family friend is an Attorney and I will make sure we get the process started as soon as possible for a class action case against this company and their faulty and misleading practices. "I was looking to buy my prom shoes from Lollicouture and found cute gold heels for $15. When I went to purchase them, shipping was $13. This seemed a little much, but I went ahead and purchased them. After promising to be delivered within 24 hours, the shoes were delivered 10 days later. When the shoes came in they weren't gold, they were rose gold and they didn't fit. When I called to ask about returning them, I had to wait for an approval. I was denied an approval to return them without any reason why. Basically anything you purchase from there is final sale even though they say you can return. The customer service was extremely rude and basically hung up on me. I will never purchase anything from them again. I would advise anyone thinking about purchasing from them to rethink because you aren't guaranteed what you get plus there is no assurance you can get a refund. They aren't legitimate and take your money without making sure the customer is satisfied. NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LOLLICOUTURE!!!!!!!!!"

"Honestly, I'm not sure why this website gets so many negative reviews. I read the reviews right after I had already placed my order and it made me really nervous. If I had read them before I ordered, sadly I probably would've never placed an order. I ordered a pair of knee high boots from them and accidentally ordered a size 8 when I wanted a size 7 1/2. I called customer service the next day and they changed it to a 7 1/2 for me with no problem. I got the boots in today and they are PERFECT! They are everything I expected and more. The only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star review is the fact that I did have to wait 30 minutes on the line to speak to someone and I was the first caller. However, when I did get someone on the line, they were very kind and solved my problem quickly. I would definitely order again. "
