"I ordered a bathing suit, paid $30 extra for 2nd day air and it took 9 days to receive it. Had to go on vacation without my new suit. Contacted customer service and was told that it was a special order item and that they couldnt guarantee 2nd day air. I was unaware that I was purchasing a special order. I feel if you offer 2nd day air then it should be available right then. If you cant guarantee 2nd day air YOU SHOULDN'T OFFER 2ND DAY AIR. You should only offer what you can achieve.
