I called multiple times on the number provided, no one ever picked up, it kept going straight to voicemail even during their office hours. And there was no option to leave voicemail. I emailed customer support and was told to request an RMA. But the website kept saying my order number was not valid. All in all I woukd say be careful ordering from here, it's good shoes for the price but it's a nightmare trying to get any customer service at all when your order is wrong. "
