"To all those who purchase Logitech : This is a letter TO logitech concerning their quality of service ....


To whom it may concern :

I am writing to express how happy I am with your professional, courteous service. I had contacted your company with a problem with my keyboard, seeking a non-warranty replacement since I had long lost the receipt. Your professional customer service staff was courteous in checking the serial numbers on my keyboard and mouse, and lo and behold it was covered under warranty, even without a receipt. The customer service person that attended me was completely kind, courteous, helpful, but most of all, professional. He made arrangements to send off a new keyboard, and that was that. Even then, I was stunned at the level of service I received from this individual. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN IN TODAY'S WORLD!

Three weeks later, I called customer service again to check on the status of the keyboard, since I had not received it at that point. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with could not find on her computer the original complaint, and I had misplaced the original Case # and RMA number.
She rechecked the serial number, and made arrangements to send off a new keyboard and mouse (the new model of the mouse…the MX 700). Once again, this customer service individual was kind, courteous, and TOTALLY professional !

Ten days later, I received this new keyboard and mouse. Needless to say, I was completely astounded by the level of service I received from Logitech. From this point forward, Logitech will be the component of choice in all future purchases for my network of 5 computers. In addition, I will make sure other acquaintances ALSO consider Logitech for their further computing needs. I intend also to post my level of satisfaction with Logitech to all reseller rating sites I come across. Once again, I thank you for a truly stupendous customer service experience.

"Great stuff. I have the Logitech Z-560 4.1 surround speakers which are unbelievable. I also have the Wireless Optical TrackMan, which is very good, however, the paint wears off like the last person said. I don't really care about this as if I get it replaced, the paint will wear off again, and besides, it doesn't affect the performance of the mouse so why bother?"
