A great all-in-one platform

"The best part is that you do not have to open more tabs. Everything you need is here. I would like to be able to connect with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram. But I think this is just personal. There are only benefits and I would buy it again. "

Great value for money

"Very affordable, quite easy to set up & use. The tags, rules & time rules are brilliant, once you learn how to use them properly you can easily get statistics, create folders and auto-assign the tickets.

Can also generate leads from facebook & email, and integrate with VOIP phone and you got all the recorded calls on the ticket.

On top of that you can add notes & postpone as much as you like so you don't miss anything.

Price is very affordable for what you're getting.

"Live Agent is very user friendly and very stable. Also i love the automatizations available even thought they could have more but its more than enough for daily needs.

"I have tested a few CRM and LiveAgent is just the Best.
Overall High Rankings in all functionality.
There Support Team is Awesome, My VoIP Service Provider was not on there support list and they went the extra mile to get my local voip provider supported.
I recommend Live Agent.

LiveAgent great support tool with great support

"I am working with LiveAgent support tool at least five years.
For first time I've used LiveAgent in the company where I am working as customer support shift leader. We have 100+ support agents, and LiveAgent lets us too coordinate agents work quality, support quality, review customer reactions, collect statistics etc.
After, in this year I've formed my own little startup and I am using LiveAgent here also. Great for startups, you can analize all the chats and emails!

Easy to start

" Its super fast, highly customizable and has a lot of features. And the price is also strength of LiveAgent. We had search lots of help desk system, like Zendesk, but finally choose LiveAgent.

I can highly recommend LiveAgent to all companies that are looking for great help desk software for relatively low price. The support portal has a lot of information, so in case you would need them, you can find them there. The customer support is also very helpful! :)

Customer service great, but waiting for OC3 support for a long time

"Pros: The customer support of LA is great. Quick answers to questions and help if needed. They have helped me with workarounds to get LiveAgent to work on my OpenCart3 website. Having the workaround means I cannot use the full potential of LiveAgent.

Cons: I have been asking for an update for their OpenCart plugin for over a year now. LiveAgent only supports OpenCart2 and I need it to be updated to be suitable for OpenCart3. That's a real bummer.

Overall: Overall I'm pleased with LiveAgent, but please, please get an updated module so LiveAgent works with my OpenCart3 websites so I can use LiveAgent to it's full potential.

A great organizational tool!

"LiveAgent had been a fantastic tool for our small, though fast growing department! The customization is great! We have set up so many automated tags and rules. It has really helped us to organize our communication. As a result of these rules we have increased our productivity in other areas as well as these rules give us reminders so additional steps don't get missed!

The interface is also easy to read and interpret. The use of colour coding allows us to easily identify emails by importance or by tags.

I have only had to contact support once, but when I did they responded quickly and very friendly and easy to communicate with!

There are a few issues we have encountered while using LiveAgent. One issue is when having an internal conversation the email needs to always be forwarded. It would be nice to be able to reply to internal conversations.

You can also only assign a ticket to one agent. There are times when I want to continue to follow up with a ticket but also want a colleague to be included in the response.

As mentioned above it has really helped to keep our communications organized! We can easily tell who is dealing with each issue and its current status. The rules and tags have also helped us set reminders so that related tasks get done and have helped us track statistics.

Fantastic Help Desk Software!

"Live Agent has provided our company the tools to take our customer support to the next level! The colour scheme of the interface in tandem with the various filtering & auto-tagging options makes it very easy to track and prioritize tickets.

Live Agent is for You!

"Live Agent has made our office more productive and has allowed us to better track current and past events. We have been trying to use more and more of the features of the system in our day-to-day work. As we do we are finding more and better ways to organize our data and track our metrics. This is allowing us to better see where we are spending our time and better hire new employees.

In using Live-Agent in day to day use the auto-tagging, rules, colorization of emails, and search functions make dealing with problems and solutions so much faster. We better understand and find what we want and better know who to bring into client issues.

When I started we have 5 employees and all used outlook. The amount of control and organization Live-Agent allows has put us lightyears ahead.

The Best Service

Great App, apart from the interface

"LiveAgent is packed with lots of features and the price is fantastic compared to some of the other apps out there. We've used it for a few years now and it's helped us a lot managing our emails, social media, etc. The only downside is that the user interrace is pretty poor..."
