Excellent and Truly value for Money

"We achieved our ROI on liveagent in less then 3 months, we were skeptical to opt for LiveAgent but after grilling the sales team for almost 3 hours we finalized and took our call, now this is one of our most recommended product. The team is super responsive in all senses, and very knowledgeable. The noteworthy point here is integration which includes almost all Industry Tools esp Zapier which has made our support system super strong.

The Social Inbox has helped us to connect with our customers at almost all places and this has given us a edge. The Interface here is intuitive and user friendly. Highly recommended tool !

LiveAgent Gives Us the Tools We Need!

"Our experience with LiveAgent Has been excellent:
- It provides automation tools, rules & stats to manage support and understand what his happening.
- It is the most visually appealing interface, making it easy to see what is going on with customer support quickly.
- Tracking tickets from beginning to end is very easy, ensuring that clients get what they need.

There are a few features that we would still like to see added, but on the whole we're very happy with the product.

"Very useful software when considering customer care and working with clients! Has features to provide auto-responses to customers after the system targets the queries they pose, allows you to filter through the most important or pressing matters by adding tags dependent on the content of incoming emails. Also allows you to assign emails to specific people - just saves lots of time and effort overall!"

Make your helpdesk Perfect

"At first sight, this tool seems perfect for big companies only... but I have a small agency of 6 people.

Even though my company has not many departments and sophisticated ticket assignment rules, I am really satisfied with offering my clients a perfect helpdesk experience without additional efforts of my team.

The Best Customer Service Software!

"LiveAgent is Amazing! I just started using this software about 4 months ago and it has been the best software I've purchased in a long time. The UI is so well done and easy to setup and still allows you to customize the chat widget to your liking. I've been able to combine together live chat, social media, email support, and soon I'm implementing the call logging feature that integrates with twilio. All-in-all I am extremely happy with them and their support team is amazing! Also it's important to note that the on-boarding steps are incredibly easy to follow and get setup.

The only downside is that the email integration has been marking all of the new emails in my inbox as read because it's pulling it into the system. Hopefully they can tweak/fix that. All-in-all an excellent software

"Live Agent has really simplified our whole communications process, we have set up our inbound emails, social media messages and web form submissions to auto tag based on keywords which means we can easily analyse what our customers are getting in touch with us about, these insights have allowed us to improve our systems and also to set up autoresponders and help centre articles so customers can self serve. "Live Agent is outstanding - it's clean and very user-friendly. It makes communications with colleagues and customers easy, and it can be customised to suit the business' needs. Tons of great features - automatic tagging makes it easy to prioritise communications at a glance, and auto-responders and canned messages allow us to cut down on incoming work immediately.
