"I'm a very happy light in a Box customer usually and they always do show for excellence for my shopping experiences with them however this time I accidentally ordered in this particular incident two items from Light in the Box wrong size for the fit that want. right on the website there was the option and opportunity that allowed me to get in contact with the customer service representatives in order to adjust the items after order confirmation to my more accurate size.
